Stick to using natural ingredients from Gifu, a restaurant [Yanagiya] is said to be a holy ground of gourmet local cuisine in Mizunami, Gifu. Our restaurant, [Oryori Yanagiya Nishiki] is their sister restaurant in Nishiki in the center part of Nagoya, using the same ingredients as Yanagiya. You can fully enjoy the finest ingredients from the land in Japan, such as the wild game in fall and winter, fish and eel in summer, and Matsutake mushrooms in fall. Like our main branch, we serve [Course of the Day] of 12 to 15 dishes. [Suppon (soft-shell turtle) Course ] available in summer and fall is our original at [Yanagiya Nishiki]. We have relocated in June 2016 to a more relaxing space. We accept groups of 2 or more guests. We are popular as you can fully enjoy the exquisite dishes in an casual atmosphere and space which is ideal for business meetings or parties with friends.

Located on Umeda Higashi-dori Street. 50 kinds of pure rice sake, fresh fish, local sake, and occasionally meat. All-you-can-drink sake is very popular.

This restaurant has private rooms that can be used by small groups, so customers can enjoy a relaxing time drinking with coworkers on their way back from work. They aim to use high-quality Japanese ingredients to create regional Italian cuisine, starting with their signature [Acqua Pazza].

This restaurant opened in April 2018 after relocating to Minami Aoyama. Back when people didn't fully understand the charms of Italian cuisine, Hidaka opened Acqua Pazza, making it the pioneer for introducing the deliciousness of the cuisine to Japan. All the ingredients were selected and procured from local Japanese producers by Hidaka himself, following the Italian culture of caring for each component. In particular, he talks with fish dealers on a daily basis to check on what fish he can procure at any given time. Anyone eating their signature [Acqua Pazza] will be satisfied with the deliciousness and quality of the ingredients! The taste of the fish is the star of the dish thanks to its simple preparation.
