This is a popular set meal comprising of maki shrimp, whiting, shiso maki squid, three types of vegetable (pumpkin, eggplant, Moroccan beans), and mixed fried shrimp. Other than this, we also have two other set meals, called "Usui Touge" and "Karuizawa." We use ingredients that are in season, changing them depending on the time of year. That is something that we are very particular about with our tempura. The fish are delivered directly from Tsukiji fish market and are incredibly fresh.
