Yakiniku Minaho Shinkingyuittogai

They are the restaurant who uses plenty of delicious ingredients of southern Hokkaido, such as Shinkin beef, and spread the word of its attraction.

Their name [Minaho] comes from a shortened form of Minami Hokkaido (Southern Hokkaido). This is a restaurant opened by the South Hokkaido local products logistic association, [Minaho no mori], in Sapporo. Their specialty is yakiniku BBQ of the new branded beef [Shinkin beef] which they purchase from Okamaya Naito farm of Kikonai-cho of southern Hokkaido. As they purchase Shinkin beef as a whole cow, which is so tasty that one would never get tired of it, they can serve with reasonable prices and also serve hard-to-get cuts. You never have to worry about the smell of smoke as they are equipped with the latest smokeless roasters. One of the attraction is that even with a la carte dishes they use plenty of southern Hokkaido products  such as vegetables, rice, smoked salmon and seasoned cod roe.
