45 years ago, "Taiwan Ramen" was created by the founder of this restaurant. The broth is made from chicken bones and minced meat, with Chinese chives and plenty of chili pepper completing the dish. Its selling point is its uniquely delicious after-taste, and it's a must-try on your next visit. A popular item off of the appetizer menu is "Kobukuro", boiled piglet uterus. You'll get addicted to its crunchy consistency and extremely spicy flavor. It also goes very well with Japanese sake (rice wine). We have a plentiful repertoire with over 100 items on our menu.
