1. *Closed Foodiun Bar Issa, Shinjuku NS Building (一瑳 新宿NSビル店) 

Only 8 minutes on foot from Shinjuku Station West Exit, Foodium Bar is located on the 29th Floor of Shinjuku NS Building, where you can enjoy the night view of Shinjuku area. Offering special course for parties, birthday and anniversary celebrations, this bar is suitable for all, from one person, friends and a large group of people to share fun and memorable time. 2. Hokkaido, Shinjuku Island Tower (北海道 新宿アイランドタワー店) 

This is a casual, Japanese-style bar (called Izakaya in Japanese) where you can enjoy both the fresh local food from Hokkaido area and the beautiful night view including the Tokyo Sky Tree. 3. Unoya, Nishi-Shinjuku Nomura Building (卯乃家 西新宿野村ビル店) 

Despite the amazing night view from the 49th Floor of a building and quality meals, Unoya is a reasonably priced bar that offers a variety of course menus and seating options.
