Chef Akutsu, who trained in Tokyo and France and opened his restaurant to run a restaurant with his family in his hometown, is the master of the wood-fired grill. Based on the modern Basque and French cuisine that he gained experience in, he presents a variety of dishes that bring the flavors of the ingredients to their peak with the power of an open flame. YAKINIKUMAFIA NAGOYA NISHIKI has arrived in Nagoya as a new business type of WAGYUMAFIA, a Japanese BBQ restaurant with a membership system. Even customers who are not members can drop by the store, which has loud background music playing in its stylish space. Here, customers can try Wagyujisukan, in which they can enjoy high quality marbled Ozaki beef in a Jingisukan pot. This excellent Wagyu beef, endorsed by world restaurants and top athletes, is cooked in a specialized pot that costs 500,000 JPY. This masterpiece course, which features not only meat, but also vegetables and a final serving menu, can also be had with additional orders of tongue and entrail meats, for those who have enough room in their stomach for it.
