Only Omakase Course (all chef's choice) is available. The owner, Mr. Watanabe, is from Nakashibetsu town in East Hokkaido. After gaining experience at a famous restaurant in Tokyo, he decided to set up his own restaurant in his hometown. The next step was to open a Sapporo branch. We epitomize the Japanese sentiment of leaving out anything unnecessary. In our cooking, we use the smallest amount of seasonings to bring out the flavor of our food, and our interiors are also very minimalist in nature.

Fried simply with no unnecessary seasoning, our abalone is a luxurious expression of Chef Okuda's tastes. With their ocean aroma and overflowing with savoriness, if you season them with salt or sudachi (Japanese citrus), the luxurious fragrance of the sea will fill your mouth. We carefully select the fresh fish we use in our sashimi (raw slices) from those that are in season. You'll enjoy the tastes of the season, from Pacific bluefin tuna from Oma to sea bream from Awaji. Our chef Okuda is fastidious about all of his seasonings, from wasabi to salt. It's Okuda's style to not do more than is necessary to bring out the savoriness in his ingredients. For example, Japanese shrimps are different from Spanish ones.] Our dishes bring out, or even improve the original tastes of the ingredients, for example, a dish uses local harvested tomatoes sent from [Inagaki Farm], which features strong sweetness and sourness.
