Selected fresh fish that arrive every morning at the Nagahama fish market in Fukuoka are air-flown to us within the day. The saba (mackerel) obtained from Nagahama have fatty meat and are very delicious. Our gomasaba (sesame mackerel) tastes most delicious when dipped with our in-house soy and sesame sauces. Besides the obvious items of fish, meat, vegetables, we order soy sauce, sake, and choicest ingredients from Fukuoka and provide Hakata's famous and delicious products. Among others, mentaiko (spicy walleye pollack roe)-a famous foodstuff in Fukuoka-has an exquisite taste, both on its own and grilled. Guided by the motto "Never say no.
