[SAYS FARM] is a winery in Toyama. Though our dishes are Italian-based, they are created freely regardless the genre and ingredient. We use wild herbs and vegetables grown at our site, seafood from the fish port in Himi that is in front of us, and eggs our hens have just laid. Our menu is not fixed but it is decided by the chef depending on the ingredients of the day. Enjoy our dishes using local ingredients. We also serve a wide variety of wine from [SAYS FARM] including merlot, rosé, chardonnay, and cider. You can feel ocean winds at [Sushi Daimon] as we are located in front of the bay in Uozu. Enjoy seafood from Toyama served Edomae style at this sophisticated sushi restaurant. We serve fresh seafood mainly from Uozu in Toyama prefecture and from Hokkaido where the chef had training and Tsukiji Fish Market. We stick our commitment to detail including the counter made from a single piece of wood and special-ordered chop sticks using Yoshino Cedar, a domestic brand of wood, to create a relaxant space where you can relax and enjoy sushi.
