Hakata Hotaru Azabujuban

Roppongi, Tokyo

We're located a stone's throw from Shin-Yokohama Station. We believe in in serving our customers to the best of our abilities. The freshest fish flown in from Fukuoka and reasonable prices help us achieve this aim.

Selected fresh fish that arrive every morning at the Nagahama fish market in Fukuoka are air-flown to us within the day. The saba (mackerel) obtained from Nagahama have fatty meat and are very delicious. Our gomasaba (sesame mackerel) tastes most delicious when dipped with our in-house soy and sesame sauces. Besides the obvious items of fish, meat, vegetables, we order soy sauce, sake, and choicest ingredients from Fukuoka and provide Hakata's famous and delicious products. Among others, mentaiko (spicy walleye pollack roe)-a famous foodstuff in Fukuoka-has an exquisite taste, both on its own and grilled. Guided by the motto "Never say no. Address customers' needs as best we can," this restaurant seeks to let customers have their fill of delicious foods at reasonable prices. This is the fundamental principle of this restaurant. Needless to say, not only people living in the region but also people seeking to taste the flavors of Hakata, can satisfy their palate with authentic Kyushu cuisine and delicious sake.

Sanukiya

Nakano, Tokyo

Experience the trifecta of the highest quality udon noodles, Japanese cuisine and sake (rice wine).

This dish allows you to enjoy the classic foie gras and sauternes pairing in a Japanese style. The foie gras comes coated in an aged balsamic vinegar-based sauce. The dashi (Japanese broth) is a melange of local flavors. Experience the harmony yourself. The hand-made, fragrant udon noodles are made using wheat flour originating from the Tokachi plains. The flour was chosen, after years of research, for the specific size of its grains. We say "finds gratification in the daily improvement one aspires for in cuisine." We are in the pursuit of new discoveries in within the trifecta of udon noodles, Japanese cuisine, and Japanese sake. The qualities of the three support one another in each dish served. One cannot be expected to grow if the effects of an enjoyable evening remain the following day. We hope for our customers to enjoy the selection of high grade Japanese sake today and live a productive life tomorrow.

Pub Karaoke Studio Himawari

Shinjuku, Tokyo

Try my grilled mackerel with premium Koshihikari rice, while singing karaoke with a live band accompaniment.

My mackerel is freshly grilled in the store right after ordering. The well-marbled body is carefully roasted to draw out its delicious flavor and aroma. I have an obsession with using Koshihikari rice, directly shipped from farmers in my hometown of Toyama prefecture. Some of my regulars say that they come just to eat this. I offer it in my store's set meals as well as other meals, so you can enjoy it in many ways. The tone of the saxophone complements the master's guitar to give you the ultimate pleasure! It's different from normal karaoke; the live performance lets you feel like you are giving a concert with a band.

Kushikoma Main Store

Sugamo, Tokyo

Enjoy great tasting sake and delicious food in a Japanese style interior.

Today's Appetizer is a carefully prepared dish, a selection of three appetizers that change on a daily basis. It is said that this is a dish that is suitable for any customer and goes well with any sake. Customers can get a real sense of the season through the flavors of the fresh ingredients that we use. The horse meat that we serve comes from the famous Kuriyama Shokai shop in Kumamoto. Simple horse-meat sashimi (sliced raw meat) is an excellent way of enjoying this lean, moderately cured meat, which has fat full of high quality sweetness. But the star attraction of our shop will always be our Japanese sake. It is important that the food and sake should go well together, so we suggest the finest sake to accompany the dishes our guests are eating. The shop itself is an elegant, stand-alone example of Japanese traditional architecture. From paper screens inscribed with the names of famous breweries to tables made from caps of sake mash, the charms of a renowned Japanese-style bar await you at every turn. The

Kisoji

Ginza/Yurakucho/Tsukiji, Tokyo

Shimbashi's choice beef, seafood and sake rolled up into one amazing location.

We specialize in our rare cut of Matsusaka beef. The surface of this fresh meat is lightly seared. With its soft, pleasant taste and flavorful meat, the dish is extremely popular. We are also very picky about serving only the freshest fish, including 200 kilograms of fresh northern bluefin tuna, which has recently become very difficult to obtain. Using only natural products and organic vegetables, these carefully selected ingredients are prepared in such a way to bring out their natural goodness. We strive to provide you with healthy and delicious meals that really let you taste the different flavors of each season. This is definitely a shop for alcohol connoisseurs. An abundance of choice sake as well as reasonably priced rare sake is readily available. Not only do we have private rooms for smaller family parties, but also larger spaces for work events and so on.

Que bom!

Asakusa/Ryogoku, Tokyo

Taste the best in Brazilian food while enjoying one of the Brazilian band or samba shows.

Picanha is the most popular cut among churrasco. It uses red meat from near the tail of the cow. We are careful to let the meat brown while letting the inside stay tender. People tend to think of meat when they think about Brazilian cuisine, but we design our menu to include a lot of vegetables to balance out the meat. Some of our ingredients come from Brazilian farmers, and small details are never overlooked in any area. Because we want you to enjoy the churrasco at its best, we bring freshly-cooked meat right to your table. We are also mindful to provide cheerful and friendly service so that our customers can have a great time. Days with live performances are recommended for birthday parties. All of our staff will celebrate with you, along with the music on stage. We also have live performances by Brazilian bands and samba shows, so please inquire for more information.

Hang Dong

Odaiba/Tsukishima/Toyosu, Tokyo

A variety of food with enough seating for families.

Tongue, top roast, top ribs, skirt steak, cheek, rumen, offal, liver, tripe, stomach. Try 10 different cuts of beef in our famous "One Whole Cow" set. We recommend this set for when a small group of people want to try a wide range of meats. Offal is our particular speciality. Naturally fresh, and all delicately cut to the same size, with a special method of preservation to prevent contact with oxygen, which causes oxidation. Every piece is roasted uniformly, ensuring you get this cut at its absolute best. Kim Jonduk says "I wanted to combine my mother's Korean cuisine with Japanese barbecue." While enjoying the meat, you can also enjoy great Korean deliciacies including kimchi and namul. In our restaurant we have counter seats, and sunken heated tables for your enjoyment. Our sunken heated tables offer families with young children a chance to enjoy a nice meal.
