The restaurant owner wants this delicious Miyazaki beef to be eaten by many people, so customers can enjoy high-quality Miyazaki beef at reasonable prices at Matsushin. The restaurant stocks carefully selected fresh, high-quality beef, which has little moisture even among A5-ranked beef. The temperature is carefully managed in a chilled refrigerator. The beef provided this way is all cut after it is ordered and is seasoned only with salt and pepper. As a result, there is an excellent balance of flavor and slight sweetness, enabling customers to fully enjoy the beef itself in its most delicious state.

The fish of the day, which changes daily, is becoming more and more popular. The elegant taste of sole, for example, is brought to life by using its bones for broth and poaching (boiling) the meat, enclosing its deliciousness in the flesh. We use A5-ranked wagyu for our beef. Daisen Kuroushi beef, which we have put on our menu recently, is tender and bursts with flavor. You can enjoy the beef without a persistent taste. We make extra effort to use wheat flour from Italy in our bread and pasta, which are all made in-house. We knead the dough by adjusting the amount of water and salt according to the season and climate. We have two types of bread and take pride in their crispy texture. Our motto is "appropriate and flexible service for each table," which we achieve by conversing or keeping our distance during your meal as necessary, or by changing the place setting for our left-handed customers. For the 7,500JPY course dessert, we prepare a flambe at your table.

SHOGUN BURGER Shinsaibashi Branch, located in Shinsaibashi, one of the busiest shopping areas in Osaka,  is a popular restaurant with many overseas tourists. Our luxurious restaurant [Unagi Jinta] is located in a casual town with Tenman Market. The owner is the 4th generation of the restaurant [Daimi], an old-established unagi restaurant at Tsuyu no Tenjinja Shrine, commonly known as Ohatsu Tenjin. His motto is to use better ingredients than any other restaurants, prepare more carefully than anyone else, and offer fresh dishes. Inside the restaurant is bright and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy watching unagi broiled by the chef through our open kitchen. Our specialty is exquisite [Unaju] using domestic unagi that is quickly prepared by our staff, broiled to be fluffy with a good aroma, then served on rice. The secret of our delicious dishes is a traditional sauce that has been kept in use for more than 100 years by adding new sauce to the original one. The savory taste of the eel fat is mixed with the sauce and creates a mild and deep taste that is loved by many people.

Sundubu is a Korean dish where one can enjoy various ingredients, mainly healthy tofu, in a specially made soup. The Shin-Fukushima branch of OKKII is a restaurant specializing in sundubu. The tategi, which combines various seasonings, as well as the soup carefully made from beef bones, support the deliciousness of the sundubu. In addition, the tofu, with its smooth flavors, is hand-made in the restaurant every day. The sundubu can be customized to customer preferences; one can select the spiciness level and choose from a rich variety of ingredients to add. The oven-cooked rice, which one will want to enjoy with the soup, is made with every order and is also a specialty. The restaurant interior is as stylish as a café and has seats on the 1st and 2nd floors. They have individual rooms where small groups can enjoy a comfortable time, as well as wide floors where guests can hold private banquets.
