Every morning, we select the freshest fish from the daily catch brought into Misaki Harbor. Local fish varieties vary daily, but they are all always fresh and in season. Our "Kaisen (fresh seafood) Bowl" presentation is impeccable, so that you get an authentic feel for the season. Our direct relationship with reputable tuna wholesalers allows us to offer the freshest tuna all year round. Our methods vary with the ingredients in question, whether it is fatty tuna or red meat. Hearty meat dishes cooked up in a speciality "fond de veau" stock which we take great pride in producing ourselves.

You will be satisfied by the appearance of our beef stew which is cooked with our specialty "fond de veau" stock and includes lots of sweet beef ribs reminiscent of the taste of Korean barbecue, and lots of big pieces of vegetables. Our fond de veau stock, which we call "glace de viande", is made by boiling a lot of vegetables and beef for one month, and is characterized by its deep taste. We use this specialty broth for many of our signature dishes including beef stew and "Yokosuka Marine Curry". As it is located in the shopping street, a lot of elderly persons and families come to our restaurant. We therefore try to provide a service that is friendly and humane, and not stereotypical. We have a close relationship with our customers who feel free to chat with us. We try to provide a piping hot dish by serving hamburger steak on the iron plate or opening the lid at the table for stewed hamburger steak or beef stew. Shunsai Kushiyaki Dokoro Shoku

The return of Japanese home town flavor in "Kiritanpo (Akita's famous mashed rice dish) stew" and considerate hospitality just five minutes from Fujisawa station

This is the local cuisine from the chef's hometown in Akita. The Kirintanpo are each carefully made by covering skewers in pounded rice and grilled separately. Koshu red chicken thighs and a variety of mushrooms, onions and burdock, are each articles of uniquely brilliant flavor. As in the "Kiritanpo Stew" and more, the soup we use is also handmade, made by thoroughly boiling the chicken bones for 8 hours. The flavor that draws out of the bones has a distinct body, rich umami flavor, and a refreshing taste-cooking's secret key. We keep careful watch over our guests as well: "It looks like their glass is empty." "Maybe they are still eating." We aim to give our customers a smooth reception and visit the table before they make an order. It is only 5 minutes walk from any train line that serves Fujisawa station. "Shunsai Kushiyaki Dokoro Shoku" is a great izakaya that never uses any chemical seasoning and makes slow-cooked and labor-intensive food. Our "Taiwan-Style Oyster Crepe" is a chewy, tender dish, consisting of oysters and chives mixed with potato starch, held together with eggs. The savoriness of clams and the aroma of chives permeate the entire crepe. It's popular with our original, tomato-based dipping sauce. Our pork cubes come from thickly sliced pork ribs simmered for six and a half hours in shaoxingjiu liquor, and are used in our most popular menu item, the "Minced Pork Rice (Lu Ro Fan)." We aim for bright and cheerful service every time. We welcome our guests as if they were coming home for a holiday meal, and we want to give them a moment to relax and feel at ease. Our interior was remodeled in June 2013. Along with our renovated flooring, we've increased the number of tables and seats available to accommodate even more diners. With a wide variety of seating types in house, we have the perfect tables for anything from intimate dinner parties to grand banquets.
