Gyukoku has a large menu selection and is open for both lunch and dinner. We only serve the finest quality beef and are dedicated in our preparations to satisfy your taste buds. As such, we have many regular customers who just keep coming back for more!

Menyasakaba Morimori in Katase, Fujisawa is a house restaurant located just a short walk from the Enoden and Shonan Monorail stations. It's a Ramen izakaya(Japanese pub) where you can enjoy a variety of snacks and a la carte dishes centered on Miso Ramen, made with miso imported from Hokkaido and a soup made from domestic pork, chicken, and vegetables. The ground floor has a casual atmosphere, making it easy for singles and couples to drop in. The second floor has a small seating area, a more relaxed atmosphere, and can be reserved for private parties. Popular dishes include "Shumai (steamed meat dumplings)," made from 100% minced Japanese pork with fresh onions, and the "Nagoya Cochin 3 Pieces Assorted", with carefully selected ingredients. The main course, which includes 3 hours of all-you-can-drink, features a Japanese-style Motsu nabe (offal hot pot) using ramen soup.

They offer Yokohama craft beer, fresh sashimi, and plenty of Western food that has taken root in Japan with modernization! The most delicious fresh fish is stocked daily from various fishing ports, such as Toyosu. The chef himself handles live fish right in the restaurant! You can enjoy the authentic taste here. 

My "Octopus and Whelk with Escargot Butter" is a popular dish made with plenty of octopus and firm whelks, to which the flavors of mushrooms and escargot butter are added. It goes very well with various kinds of drink. To be able to offer a firm texture and rich flavor, I myself go out and purchase my ingredients every day, being particular about the freshness of the vegetables and seafood. The umami (pleasant savory taste) of the ingredients themselves is important, and to maximise their taste, I cook them simply and make homely dishes without adding too many things. Instead, I will go to great lengths to make my own sauces and other items. The cocktails created by our bartender, Kumiko Sugano, are a source of pride for us. We round our ice cubes individually, by hand. As round ice is hard to melt, the drink doesn't dilute. We'd like you to enjoy drinks until you finish the final drop.

Our liver comes directly from a high quality chicken coop, so it differs greatly from typical chicken liver that's known to have a certain texture and fragrance. Even customers who don't like liver love ours. Let us change your mind, too. Realizing how cramped we felt at our last location, we decided to open our current restaurant on a plot of land at a higher elevation. While enjoying the ever-changing seasonal view from our shop in sengokubara, Hakone, we hope you can enjoy a lovely and relaxing meal with your family and loved ones. We offer a pick-up and drop-off service anywhere within sengokubara's city limits whether it's from a hotel, golf course or even your own home. For groups with more than 7 guests, we can take you to and from Gotemba, so please feel free to drink at your own pace at our Chinese restaurant

We use free range chicken from Daizen, mild but packed with flavor. It is a popular dish finished with an aromatic garlic sauce. Our original salad dressing has garlic, onion, capers, carrots, lemon and anchovies, as used in our "Seafood salad with anchovy dressing." Because of its popularity it is available for sale for 700yen (220 cc). "There are a lot of affordable dishes and large portions, but what counts most is the pleasure you will feel from eating delicious food." Treasuring the saying "Ichigo Ichie" (meaning to treasure every meeting for it may never recur), we create every dish with each customer in mind. The stylish space with Italian colors of red and green has six tables, 30 seats. With a warm atmosphere, we recommend our restaurant for occasions such as casual dates.
