At our restaurant, very close to the Kusuri Bridge in Kushiro, Hokkaido, you can fully enjoy crispy and light tempura using fresh ingredients that can be found only in Kushiro. Our owner chef's policy is to take the time to prepare everything, so he prepares everything every day from selecting ingredients to making dipping sauce for the tempura. You will be able to feel truly happy with our tempura, by watching with your eyes the ingredients being put in a dough and deep fried in an oil pot, listening with your ears the sound of tempura being deep fried, and eating with your mouth hot and crispy tempura quickly dipped into a dipping sauce with the good aroma of bonito. At our restaurant, you will easily feel the philosophy of our owner chef that tempura should be tasted with eyes, ears, and mouth.

We take pride in all of our food, but our Sharkfin Sugatani is truly special. This dish embodying the flavors distinctive of Hokkaido and uses a generous amount of dried scallops (which are a ubiquitous local ingredient). Our location in Hokkaido enables us to procure the freshest ingredients, so we also serve dishes using raw scallops. We only use seafood carefully selected for freshness, and will never accept inferior products. We create opportunities to converse directly with our customers and strive to narrow the feeling of distance between us as much as possible. We ask about customers' preferences so we can deliver a truly satisfying meal. In addition to being a great space for occasions like dinner parties after business meetings or with family, or small scale receptions, we also accept reservations for bento lunches and hors d'oeuvres for conferences and meetings. Bar OcciGabi Wine is a wine store specializing in OcciGabi wines, which have a smooth taste. About 22 varieties of Japanese wine grown and brewed at the "OcciGabi Winery" in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido, are lined up and can be ordered from a single glass. The bar serves snacks and dishes that perfectly accompany OcciGabi wines. Bottles of wine are available for purchase at the store. The warm and relaxed atmosphere of the bar includes a spacious bar counter, standing seating, and table seating with wooden deck desks. It's conveniently located within walking distance from the train station and a casual wine bar suitable for various occasions, such as post-work gatherings, dates, and girls' nights out.

The spring amuse-bouche is a layering of crustacean gelee and lobster consomme, white asparagus Bavarian cream, and white asparagus with veloute sauce. This dish brings out the exquisite taste of asparagus. Hokkaido is a treasure trove brimming with delights, such as asparagus, green peppers, lily bulbs, and potatoes. There are now many farmers cultivating Western vegetables, and it is easy to come by unusual vegetables as well. We feature simple exquisite tastes and seasonal ingredients. HIYAMA is a restaurant specializing in Wagyu beef dishes. Since professionals connoisseur the beef every day at the market, it offers high-quality black Japanese beef, especially "Yonezawa Beef." The sweet and spicy "Sukiyaki" cooked with house-made warishita stock and "Shabu-shabu," in which the beef movement is enjoyable, are recommended items especially. The select natural tuna here at Otaru Masazushi comes from large tuna that weigh between 300 and 350 kg. It is very fatty, making it an excellent sushi topping with a flavor hard to find at other restaurants. We search for and serve especially sweet sea urchin, and we do not use alum to preserve the shape, so you can taste the raw, natural flavor. Our shrimp dishes use fresh-caught deep-sea shrimp and button shrimp unless it is seasonally unavailable. We pay careful attention to our customers and aim to create a pleasant atmosphere, serving tea before they have the chance to ask for it. It opened on December 13, 2021, with the concept of "Sapporo's most stylish café and Italian bar.
