Hakata Motsunabe Yamanaka Main Branch has been in business in Ohashi since its founding. It's a popular spot where many people come from far and wide to enjoy the famous "Motsu  Nabe - miso flavor". Only domestically-raised beef is carefully selected for the crucial tripe. The miso used as the base for the seasoning is also carefully blended from various choices. It is rich in garlic and has a memorable impact you'll never forget once you've tasted it. While bringing out the flavor of the ingredients, it also adds depth to the broth. The broth dissolved into the soup also has a special taste when paired with the meal. The restaurant's interior has a calm and relaxed atmosphere, like a tea room or a ryokan (traditional Japanese inn), where a peaceful time flows. We make everything by hand, including our sauces and soup stocks. Of course, our "Clam and Fish of the Day Bouillabaisse" is entirely hand-made as well. It is filled with the delicious taste of the ocean. We use both seasonal and somewhat more unusual vegetables. The seasonings are carefully added to preserve as much of the original taste of the vegetables as possible. The dish has been arranged to not only be pleasing to the palette, but also to the eye. Our goal and motto is to ensure that each and every dish that we serve will please our customers. We work hard everyday to make and research even more delicious food, while still making everything by hand. Our restaurant is a friendly place which you can come to freely without having to worry about anything. It is perfect for stylish lunches, dinners, dates, or parties. At "Minami Fukuoka Zashocho Ryuichi," you can enjoy the taste of succulent fish. We use seasonal ingredients and preparation techniques that bring out the natural flavor of each fresh fish, and we finish the dish with careful seasoning. We strive to present food that exceeds the expectations of a wide number of guests. Since the move, we have set up extra private rooms on the first and second floors. All seats are at a table with leg room built into the floor so guests can comfortably enjoy their meal. On the second floor, there is a large tatami mat room for large parties.
