Delicious meat grilled over charcoal or in Teppanyaki-style in a quiet, but at times lively, atmosphere

The course consists of Akami (red meat), tenderloin, sirloin and a choice of one side dish out of more than four options at any given time. (Depending on the dish, there may be an additional charge.) We use Miyazaki beef of the finest grades (4+). By keeping the farm, processing and stores consistent, safe and quality meat can be provided at a reasonable price. The beef received an international standard for food safety score of ISO22000 in all categories. What we strive for first and foremost is that the chef has fun. Our establishment typically has a quiet atmosphere, but at times the chefs can be the one to inspire a more festive mood. Enjoy conversation with the chefs and dine on delicious food. This is the charm of Teppanyaki. There are a total of 78 seats: 44 Sumibiyaki (charcoal grill) style seats in separate private spaces and 34 Teppanyaki style seats, either by the counter or in a room. (Use of a room during dinner time comes at an additional cost of 5000JPY)

Restaurant TSUKIMICHI offers creative Japanese cuisine courses. Noteworthy is its beautiful interior, which won the first prize in the International Asia Restaurant category at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in 2014. Although this fantastic space, inspired by a Japanese castle, is a members-only restaurant, it is open to only two groups per day to enjoy a meal. The menu offers a variety of seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients. You can also request the genre of cuisine and ingredients by prior request. A private room equipped with karaoke is also available, perfect for anniversaries. You can have a memorable time on your trip while enjoying drinks that go well with the food. *A deposit of 10,000 JPY per person is required.

Motsunabe, our original soy sauce based soup, is made with considerable time and effort, and goes especially well with offal. The ingredients are thoroughly selected, and the dish is renowned for the lasting craving it gives after eating it for the first time. It uses "beef offal" from only Miyazaki Japanese Black cows, a consecutive winner at the National Japanese Beef Fair. Of course, freshness is ensured through quality control, so there is no peculiarity of taste or smell, allowing you to fully enjoy the rich flavors. We want our customers to eat delicious meals, so we carefully pick the highest quality ingredients. We are particularly careful with the freshness of the horse sashimi, boiled innards and offal. Restaurant was designed from the service staff's eyes. Among the elegant and stylish buildings in the matured town Nishi Nakasu stands grande maison [Raisin d'Or]. The owner and sommelier Hideki Ishii used to work at [Hotel Nikko Fukuoka] as a restaurant manager. Learned from his experience, he had an idea of supreme comfort and delicacies. Takayoshi Tezuka became the chef who shared the same passion with Ishii. His food based on the experiences at the various star-hotels features the flavor from the selected vegetables by visiting the contract farmers. Teppan Dining Kuroichi offers a chunk of aged fillet meat grilled before you. This restaurant, run by a meat wholesaler, is a place to savor a new style of " block steak & yakiniku (Japanese BBQ)." Various aged meats, mainly fillets, are served in 1kg chunks and are recommended to be shared by several people. Usually, everyone can easily eat 300 to 400 grams per person, but the size of the meat can be consulted. Our appetizer platter features a variety of appetizers that have been carefully prepared to bring out the flavor of the seasonal seafood and vegetables we prepare everything with. It makes the perfect entree to a luxurious course. When it comes to our lobsters, in order to further draw out the flavors of these superb ingredients, they are placed directly on an iron plate and steamed while still in their shells to keep the flesh inside from burning. By using this technique, we create a delicious dish with juicy meat and concentrated flavor.
