Our specially-made Hakata Chinese noodle soup is a combination of all-natural Japanese traditional seafood broth and pork bone broth. This dish realizes both a delicate flavor and a rich savoriness at the same time, earning the satisfaction of Hakata ramen lovers. The noodles in our specially-made thick noodle tsukesoba (noodles with broth poured over) are made with plenty of flour and high-quality eggs to produce a wonderfully chewy, springy texture. Going fabulously with our carefully-prepared dashi (Japanese seafood broth), this is a dish that is delicious to the very last mouthful. As a place where you can easily come and enjoy ramen at any time, we take no shortcuts, not only in researching flavors, but also in creating our restaurant's atmosphere. We're happy to have a venue where family, friends and even solo diners can come to eat. Ours is a shop where you can drop by with ease whenever you want.

Hakata Udon (thick noodles) is loved by a wide range of ages. [Hakata Udon Sakaba Wappachi] offers high-quality home-made udon, as well as other a-la-carte dishes that go well with alcohol. Relax and enjoy them in the relaxing Japanese-style space. In addition to the popular [Curry Udon], there are various styles of udon, such as hot, cold, and with toppings. Enjoy a wide variety of savory tastes. They also offer various kinds of [Oden (stew with various ingredients)] with the regular, and unique ingredients, as well as the original a-la-carte dishes. Take your time and enjoy them with the carefully-selected sake (Japanese alcohol). The restaurant is suited for many occasions, as a family, by yourself, and girl's parties.

Freshness is everything when eating thinly sliced or lightly grilled anago (eel). It is deliciouly sweet and textured. Our customers especially enjoy this dish as few restaurants serve it. You can enjoy the savoriness of the anago's high-quality fat with the simple grilled preparation. With a passion for freshness, the restaurant uses natural anago only. With high scarcity value, the "Ikizukuri" is a proof of freshness. Of course, you can also enjoy "tempura" and "fried eggs". In recent years, many young sake brewers have made efforts to brew new, interesting local sake, putting many delicious drinks on the market. We always offer around twenty varieties. For those wishing to taste a variety, we offer half servings (90cc) for your enjoyment. We are situated four minutes from Yakuin Station on the Tenjin Omuta Line. Chicken is called [Kashiwa] around West Japan. As our restaurant's name with [Kashiwa] depicts, [Kashiwa-ya Genjiro] offers savory chicken dishes. Our two specialties are [Hakata Mizutaki (chicken hot pot)] and [Oyako-don (chicken and egg bowl)]. We use Fukuoka's local brand chickens which go perfectly with our [Mizutaki], which is also one of the specialties of Fukuoka. This menu is highly recommended for anyone, regardless of whether they are from inside/outside Fukuoka prefecture, when visiting Hakata. Our branch, directly-connected to Hakata Station, is ideal for those in a hurry as well. Our other specialty is [Oyako-don], with an addictive taste of melting egg as well! Also enjoy other various popular chicken dishes, such as [Roasted Jidori-Chicken] and [Chicken and Rice Cooked in a Pot]. 

We do not aim to become an exclusive restaurant. In a sense, it's obvious that expensive food should be delicious. We deliver the same quality of flavour as high-end restaurants at our own prices, and have great confidence in the cost effectiveness of our dishes. We get our vegetables from farmers we know in the local area and neighboring prefectures. As they are so delicious, we endeavour to use them as much as possible in our main courses. French cuisine has quite a formal image, but when it comes to dining, being able to enjoy your meal is the most important thing. We always make a conscious effort to enable customers to enjoy their meal and wine to the full. Inside the shop are an array of antique tables and chairs lined up against traditional white walls, creating a relaxed atmosphere where one can unwind. We put a great deal of effort into maintaining this atmosphere during the hours we are open and would love you to see it for yourself.

[TOC-TOC] serves savory fresh seafood stocked from Nagahama Fish Market. Enjoy our very satisfying rice bowl dishes and set meals at lunchtime. At dinnertime, we serve seasonal a-la-carte dishes using fresh ingredients of Hakata, such as sashimi, and simmered/ grilled/fried dishes, as well as sake and shochu (Japanese alcohols). We offer original menus such as [Sashimi] with the savory original taste of wild fish, [Shrimp Cream Croquet] to enjoy the whole shrimp with rich cream, and grilled seafood simply with salt or miso to bring out their original savory and fresh tastes. [Momoyaki Bancho] is directly operated by a producer of [Kirishima Chicken] which is a brand chicken raised in Miyazaki. Fresh chicken prepared that morning is sent to us everyday. Fresh chicken goes perfectly with alcohol, with its concentrated savory taste, and exquisite resilient juicy texture. Enjoy smoky-flavored [Charcoal-Grilled Kirishima Chicken] that is quickly grilled with charcoal, and [Chicken Suki Nabe (hot pot)] with an exquisite soup with a rich flavor of chicken which can be enjoyed until the end, as well as various a-la-carte dishes including kuwayaki (grilled on an iron plate) and cured chicken ham.
