This is an offshoot of the famous restaurant, [Cucina Italiana Gallura Yagoto], which embodies Italian cuisine that delights and excites customers.Reproducing the ambience of a trattoria of the [Gallura Ikeshita] period which served as the basis for the current Yagoto restaurant, we have created a new restaurant in the Dai Nagoya Building with the hope that customers will have an even more relaxing and enjoyable time.The Head Chef is Mr. Tanaka, who has been the right-hand man of Chef Morioka in Ikeshita and Yagoto. Serving mainly pasta, the restaurant also offers popular dishes of the main restaurant such as the [fresh foie gras and mango], [onion focaccia] and so on.Enjoy refined Italian cuisine using generous portions of seasonal ingredients and local seafood in a more casual setting.

Our roast seasoning allows you to taste the inherent flavors in the highest quality beef. The flavor goes perfectly with a delicious glass of wine. We also recommend our "raw sea urchin cheese souffle," our saute with fresh French-made foie gras, and our truffle sauce. "Budotei" uses vegetables that are mainly grown naturally without the use of pesticides. Enjoy the flavor of additive-free, natural vegetables. We strive to keep loyal to the basics-serving you with dishes as they are meant to be-either cold or hot. We believe that is important to offer safe food that you can be comfortable with by using well-developed cooking methods. Wines are carefully selected from many countries throughout the world, including Bordeaux and Burgogne in France as well as high quality wines from Italy.Next to the entrance of the shop, a wine bar is located, where you can enjoy atmosphere of adults.More than 6 kinds of glass wine are always available, and you can enjoy high class wine on weekends and long holidays. It is ideal to compare various wines to find your favorite one. You can purchase a wine bottle in the shop, and taste it in the bar immediately if you wish.You can spend a wonderful time of adult in the marble-made counter bar. It is also perfect for one person who wants to drink casually.

Yakiniku Sawagi Nishiki Branch is only a 5-minute walk from Sakae station. Restaurant serves fresh offal meat at reasonable rates, premium A5 rank Hida beef and other delectable meat plates. All of the seats are Japanese-style horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu table) for more comfort and leg space. Semi-private rooms include seats at the table and sofa to make your dining more relaxing. All-you-can-drink menu can also be added to your order with 3 or more guests. Treat yourself with a feast of fine meat plates and drinks. We have staffs fluent in languages other than Japanese so customers are welcome to ask for assistance in advance.        

Yakiuo Ishikawa Nagoya has opened in November 2022. "Yakiuo," originated from Tsukiji Market, refers to quickly searing fish, fresh enough to be eaten as sashimi (raw fish), just like Yakiniku. On the set menu, you can sear the fish yourself, while on the course menu, a dedicated grilling expert will skillfully cook it to perfection. Please enjoy their recommended "Rice Bowl with Three Ingredients Course" along with their selection of natural wines. They accept reservations through the web system "Toreta." At Tokufuku, our blowfish is delivered freshly from nearby Nagasaki and Kumamoto and prepared just before serving. We are known for our top-grade Japanese blowfish at value prices, and our blowfish is rich in consistency and delicate in flavor -- just a few slices of the thick sashimi pieces will make a full meal. We offer a relaxing dining atmosphere, with private rooms that feature Japanese-style sunken seating for special occastions.
