Hibikorenikujitsu is located on the first floor of a building about a 5-minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station and Higobashi Station. You can enjoy course meals of carefully selected Wagyu Beef. The restaurant offers exquisite dishes mainly featuring "Pure Tajima Usunaga Beef," considered super rare among Tajima beef, known as the root of Wagyu beef. The "Meat Sushi" made in front of your eyes by a skilled chef perfectly balances the red rice and the meat. The "Yakiniku" is perfectly grilled over a charcoal fire, and the house-made miso sauce enhances the flavor. Monthly courses are available by reservation only. During dinner time, there is an all-you-can-drink service, including alcohol. It is recommended not only for visiting on anniversaries, but also as a place to entertain meat-loving guests.

We have our sea bream shipped from Akashi where it is a local specialty and serve it as shabu-shabu (lightly boiled). Our sashimi brings out a different flavor of Akashi sea bream. We carefully select our toned, oil-rich sea bream, octopus, and eel, which come from off the coast of Akashi in the Inland Sea, and have them shipped to us directly. We then turn them into the dishes that bring joy to our customers. We work hard to make sure all of our hot dishes are served at their peak, and we also truly value having a good line of communication with our customers. A restaurant specialized in aromatic and crispy hitsumabushi from Nagoya located in the South Bldg. of GRAND FRONT OSAKA.

This restaurant with a relaxing modern space mainly in black has very good access, directly-connected to JR Osaka Station. It serves renowned hitsumabushi (chopped grilled eel on rice), a specialty of Nagoya, with which you can enjoy three different tastes at the same time. Carefully-selected eels are grilled without steaming to bring out its aroma, and finished with a sauce made with Nagoya's unique Tamari (aged) soy sauce. First, taste the eel without adding anything to enjoy its crisp skin and fluffy and juicy meat. You can also enjoy with the best-matched wasabi and chopped leak which was put in water to remove its spiciness, then as [Una Chazuke (rice and eel with tea poured over it)] with adding seaweed.

For our lamb meat, we use the shoulder roast of delicious, high-quality New Zealand bred lambs. With few of the peculiarities characteristic of lamb, it's famous for how easy it is to eat. For our Sangenton pork, we use pork belly from herb-fed pork raised in Canada. Both are easy to eat and so delicious that your chopsticks will move on their own. At this restaurant, we don't do service by the book. Our chefs offer the best ripe vegetables and fruits of the season prepared in a variety of ways. You'll be completely satisfied with how much you enjoy our deliciously sweet and fruity tempura made using root crops. Our kitchen is a 360-degree open kitchen, so you'll receive your freshly-baked pizza and freshly-fried tempura, as well as your freshly-roasted Chinese and other dishes, freshly made directly from our chefs.
