American BBQ Barakan is where you can enjoy an authentic barbecue with empty hands while overlooking a well-kept rose garden. It offers two courses, with the "PREMIE Course" being highly recommended. The menu includes tender beef rumps and tomahawks, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, grilled pineapple, and even marinated seafood. In winter, oysters and scallops are also available. The equipment is under an awning overhanging the poolside, so there is no need to worry about the weather, and swimming in the pool is possible in the summer. Shabu-shabu with our very own mackerel in a welcoming atmosphere

Sashimi made from fish allowed to swim in a large tank to prevent the accumulation of stress. Once in the shabu-shabu, the flavour of our plump mackerel is condensed, leading to a deep, rich flavour. For one of the fish swimming in our tank, we wait until an order comes through before preparing it, ensuring that it is as fresh as can be. We invite you to taste for yourself the deliciousness resulting from this level of freshness. In Matsuyama, there are many tourists and people on business trips, so we endeavour to create a restaurant where all customers feel equally comfortable. We work hard to ensure that there is an atmosphere here that even people coming for the first time can enjoy. We have each day's portion of eel delivered-always live. The chef personally prepares each eel one at a time. Our secret-and the name of our restaurant-is sansho (Japanese pepper). Our sansho, from Kyoto, completely unlocks the flavor of the eel. We are very particular about our sansho, since we use it to draw out the flavors of the eel. We're confident that even people who normally are not partial to sansho will enjoy this. "We want you to be able to enjoy fresh eel at any time." The chef puts his whole heart into this, careful handling the eel from delivery to presentation everyday. Asakusa is known for having a lot of eel restaurants, with a large number being high class. Our restaurant serves fresh eel at very reasonable prices, earning us a reputation as a best-kept secret.

Fresh ingredients are used in every dish prepared in the open kitchen. In particular, the "Straw-grilled Bonito," which is cooked upon order, has an attractive savory flavor. Every dish is made with attention to detail and will satisfy your taste buds. Another good point is its wide selection of sake from Akita Prefecture, a rice-producing region. Fragrant brown butter and acidic lemon flavor make the "Autumn Salmon Meuniere" a winning dish!

Fried in plenty of butter for a well-browned outside, our salmon meuniere is tender and plump on the inside and is garnished with lemon and capers to add tartness for a refreshing taste that goes well with white wine. We're proud of the work we put into this dish, removing the moisture from salted meat, and slowly simmering it in oil at 80 - 90 degrees celsius. The meat is then fried in a pan to remove the oil. The trick is to make it crispy on the outside, but juicy on the inside. We are always thinking about how to cook delicious food as simply as possible. We have contracts with farmers for organic vegetables and do our best to use ingredients that are not only natural, but also look beautiful on a plate. We cater to our diverse range of customers in order to provide the service they want.

Home of the winner of the 25th HBA competition, Waduro is a bar made by a lady for ladies.

This cocktail was my own invention and allowed me to become the first woman to win the competition. I loved the sound of the word, expanded the concept from there, and finished it refreshingly with a liqueur base. There is always a varied collection of fresh fruits and vegetables lined up on the counter. The matcha used for Waduro is also carefully selected. I am very particular about the raw materials. I value communication with my guests, taking care to see their point of view and understand the situation. I strive for a comfortable environment so that they will want to visit again. Ladies, please feel free to come even if you're alone. We have healthy cocktails and a menu designed with women in mind. It's perfect for a girls' night out! We will show you our best hospitality.
