Hikariya Higashi in Ote, Matsumoto City, is a restaurant recommended for celebrations such as betrothal ceremonies and other special occasions. Takane No Buta, located on the fourth floor of a building in Akasaka, Tokyo, is a restaurant where you can enjoy takane-no (too good) pork shabu-shabu, as the name suggests. Since its establishment in 2022, it has been loved by a wide range of guests for its outstanding taste created by carefully selected ingredients and cooking methods. The only item on the menu is the "Meishanton Pork Tannou (Enjoyment Course," which is available by reservation only.
