At dinnertime, we serve seasonal a-la-carte dishes using fresh ingredients of Hakata, such as sashimi, and simmered/ grilled/fried dishes, as well as sake and shochu (Japanese alcohols). We offer original menus such as [Sashimi] with the savory original taste of wild fish, [Shrimp Cream Croquet] to enjoy the whole shrimp with rich cream, and grilled seafood simply with salt or miso to bring out their original savory and fresh tastes. At [Ganso Hakata Tonbee JR HAKATA CITY branch] on the 10th floor of [KOOTEN] which is directly connected to Hakata Station, relax and enjoy teppanyaki (grilled on iron griddle) cuisine. Our special teppanyaki menus unique to Hakata, such as Tonpei-yaki (omelet filled with shredded cabbage and pork) using black pork from Kagoshima prefecture, Hakata-style okonomiyaki (savory Japanese pancake) with a fluffy and mild texture, and voluminous juicy Tonteki (pork steak). At counter seats, you can enjoy our chef's dynamic performances filled with a lively feeling, with your partner, friends, or even alone. We do not aim to become an exclusive restaurant. In a sense, it's obvious that expensive food should be delicious. We deliver the same quality of flavour as high-end restaurants at our own prices, and have great confidence in the cost effectiveness of our dishes. We get our vegetables from farmers we know in the local area and neighboring prefectures. As they are so delicious, we endeavour to use them as much as possible in our main courses. French cuisine has quite a formal image, but when it comes to dining, being able to enjoy your meal is the most important thing. We always make a conscious effort to enable customers to enjoy their meal and wine to the full. Inside the shop are an array of antique tables and chairs lined up against traditional white walls, creating a relaxed atmosphere where one can unwind. We put a great deal of effort into maintaining this atmosphere during the hours we are open and would love you to see it for yourself.

[Kurokatsu-tei] specializes in black pork cutlet, using carefully-selected black pork from Kagoshima prefecture. After maturing the meat to its perfect condition, they add rough-textured bread crumbs on it for a good texture, and deep-fry until it becomes crispy. Fully enjoy the savoriness of carefully-selected pork, such as the slightly sweet taste of juicy [loin], and [fillet] with a simple taste that you will be never get tired of. Their special black sauce with an exquisite sweet fruit flavor goes perfectly with its savory fat. Their pork cutlet is served with exquisite side dishes, such as just-cooked [Isa Rice] from Kagoshima prefecture. Enjoy their voluminous set meals and a-la-carte dishes with alcohol as well. 

[37PASTA] with its lively atmosphere has an open kitchen which customers can overlook. Our restaurant, with booths which are popular among families, are suited for a wide range of generations and various occasions. Please casually visit us to enjoy our menu with 37 kinds of pasta dishes using the local ingredients from Kyushu, such as vegetables from Itoshima and mentaiko (seasoned cod-roe). We also actively develop new menus, such as [Japanese-Style Carbonara with an Abundance of Ithosima Leak], which was developed from the opinion of our contracted vegetable shop. Mild-flavored green leak from Itoshima goes well with our Carbonara sauce that uses a Japanese broth. We also offer various menus other than pasta, such as cake sets and a small dish set with alcohol. We are also suited for a break between shopping, or on your way home from work.

[Ishizuki] is a popular restaurant serving high-quality and sophisticated Edomae-style soba (buckwheat noodles). This renowned restaurant in Marunouchi, Tokyo now opened a new branch at JR HAKATA CITY. Casually enjoy the aromatic soba with a rich flavor which has just been ground, cut, and boiled. Also enjoy soba in an adult way, with sake (Japanese alcohol) and side dishes, the a-la-carte dishes unique to soba restaurants, using a high-quality broth and kaeshi (a sauce with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar). Enjoy them with their wide variety of cold/hot sake and shochu (Japanese liquor). They also offer course menus ideal for business meals to entertain your clients. Please casually inquire with the restaurant to hold a banquet. In Hakata, enjoy the Edomae-style soba accompanied by great hospitality.

Enjoy skewers in two ways; [Omakase (recommended menus)] or [Okimari (fixed course)]. [Omakase] offers their recommended exquisite skewers with seasonal/regular ingredients in one after another to fully enjoy just-fried skewers to your heart's content. You can say stop when you are satisfied. [Okimari] is a course mainly of skewers, to enjoy specially-selected/seasonal skewers, and exquisite menus of the day recommended by the master chef. Their counter seats are ideal for enjoying skewers just-fried, the best way to enjoy skewers, and table seats are suited for banquets or entertaining your clients. Enjoy skewers tonight, with their [Omakase] or [Okimari]. 

Reasonably enjoy our authentic mizutaki (chicken hot pot) with the relaxing service in a luxurious modern Japanese space, which is highly-received by a wide range of ages. This restaurant is also recommended for tourists, as the service staff gives careful instructions for enjoying the authentic mizutaki; first, enjoy its simple yet deep rich-flavored soup, then take the time to fully enjoy chicken chunks/meat balls with the original savory taste of chicken. Enjoy them with vegetables soaked with the soup. This specially-made vinegar & soy sauce also brings out each ingredient's original savory taste. To finish the hot pot, add rice or noodles to enjoy until the end. They are ideal for various occasions, including a casual lunch alone, or dinner with someone special. 

We make everything by hand, including our sauces and soup stocks. Of course, our "Clam and Fish of the Day Bouillabaisse" is entirely hand-made as well. It is filled with the delicious taste of the ocean. We use both seasonal and somewhat more unusual vegetables. The seasonings are carefully added to preserve as much of the original taste of the vegetables as possible. The dish has been arranged to not only be pleasing to the palette, but also to the eye. Our goal and motto is to ensure that each and every dish that we serve will please our customers. We work hard everyday to make and research even more delicious food, while still making everything by hand.
