Using the finest sirloin steak from three Kyushu prefectures that is personally selected by our chef, we sear the outside until it is crispy, locking the juices inside to create the sirloin with a classic grill-house taste. Its exquisite flavor will bring a smile to your face. As it is important for us to give our customers the best possible culinary experience, our restaurant features an open kitchen design where the sight of our chefs hard at work might just enhance your enjoyment of our dishes. If you select our special courses costing over 3000JPY, you can add an all-you-can-drink option for only 1300JPY. For an additional 500JPY, you will be able to partake in all our premium liquors, with a wide variety of sakes and shochus.

Hakata Udon (thick noodles) is loved by a wide range of ages. [Hakata Udon Sakaba Wappachi] offers high-quality home-made udon, as well as other a-la-carte dishes that go well with alcohol. Relax and enjoy them in the relaxing Japanese-style space. In addition to the popular [Curry Udon], there are various styles of udon, such as hot, cold, and with toppings. Enjoy a wide variety of savory tastes. They also offer various kinds of [Oden (stew with various ingredients)] with the regular, and unique ingredients, as well as the original a-la-carte dishes. Take your time and enjoy them with the carefully-selected sake (Japanese alcohol). The restaurant is suited for many occasions, as a family, by yourself, and girl's parties.

Freshness is everything when eating thinly sliced or lightly grilled anago (eel). It is deliciouly sweet and textured. Our customers especially enjoy this dish as few restaurants serve it. You can enjoy the savoriness of the anago's high-quality fat with the simple grilled preparation. With a passion for freshness, the restaurant uses natural anago only. With high scarcity value, the "Ikizukuri" is a proof of freshness. Of course, you can also enjoy "tempura" and "fried eggs". In recent years, many young sake brewers have made efforts to brew new, interesting local sake, putting many delicious drinks on the market. We always offer around twenty varieties. Chicken is called [Kashiwa] around West Japan. As our restaurant's name with [Kashiwa] depicts, [Kashiwa-ya Genjiro] offers savory chicken dishes. Our two specialties are [Hakata Mizutaki (chicken hot pot)] and [Oyako-don (chicken and egg bowl)]. We use Fukuoka's local brand chickens which go perfectly with our [Mizutaki], which is also one of the specialties of Fukuoka. This menu is highly recommended for anyone, regardless of whether they are from inside/outside Fukuoka prefecture, when visiting Hakata. Our branch, directly-connected to Hakata Station, is ideal for those in a hurry as well. Our other specialty is [Oyako-don], with an addictive taste of melting egg as well! Also enjoy other various popular chicken dishes, such as [Roasted Jidori-Chicken] and [Chicken and Rice Cooked in a Pot]. 

Our restaurant, established 33 years ago, specializes in motsu-nabe (hot pot with offal and vegetables) using fresh domestic offal with a resilient texture, stocked every morning. Vegetables served with offal are from Kyushu and create the perfect harmony with offal. The soup is selectable among 3 different flavors; [soy-sauce]-base flavor which has been offered since the establishment, [miso],  and [salt] flavors. Nagasaki Chanpon noodles are popular to add to the pot at the end. Enjoy the chewy thick noodles mixed with the soup with a savory broth until the last bite. To enjoy our proud local sake (Japanese alcohol), we recommend our a-la-carte menus such as seasoned cod-roe which is a specialty of Fukuoka, and cube steak of Saga beef. Our convenient location, 2 minutes after exiting from JR Hakata Station, is also suited to be enjoyed as [the last feast] for those who missed enjoying the taste of Hakata.

Tekenoya is on the 10th floor of HAKATA CITY KOOTEN, directly-connected to JR Hakata Station. We serve seasonal ingredients mainly from Kyushu and Fukuoka. Our proud sirloin steak uses [New Zealand Beef] which is high in safety and found rare in West Japan. Enjoy our savory menus considering food safety. We also serve various wines, placing more importance on the marriage with our dishes, rather than brand names. Experience our [very reasonable] marriage, which is highly received especially among alcohol lovers in the area. The restaurant's location also attracts diners. Our terrace seats with an open atmosphere and natural light from the ceiling window add up the savory taste of our dishes.

We serve a wide variety of chicken menus, mainly charcoal-grilled chicken skewers using [Mitsuse-dori Chicken], a brand chicken raised in northern Kyushu. Our restaurant, with some branches in Tokyo, has become news as we were produced by the third generation Ennosuke Ichikawa, a kabuki actor. Our interior was designed by Mr. Eiji Mitooka, who supervised the design of [Nanatsuboshi], the most luxurious express train in Japan. We offer lunch and dinner. At lunchtime, many housewives and seniors visit us. At dinnertime, we are crowded with office workers. As we are near the station, please casually visit us to take your time and enjoy our meals between shopping, and/or when you go to the station.

[CANTINA Elborracho] is spreading the authentic Mexican taste in Japan. We cheerfully treat our guests with carefully-selected savory dishes, with the thought of [sending the authentic Mexican taste to all Japanese people]. Our regular [Tacos] has various flavors, including [Pastor] which is a representative flavor with the good aroma of spices, beef and cheese, fried shrimp, and marinated salmon. We also serve a wide variety of menus loved in Mexico, such as [Marinera], a fisherman's dish. Toast with Mexican beer and tequila while enjoying our hot food menus. You can enjoy Mexican cuisine at [KOOTEN], without crossing the ocean. 

[Momoyaki Bancho] is directly operated by a producer of [Kirishima Chicken] which is a brand chicken raised in Miyazaki. Fresh chicken prepared that morning is sent to us everyday. Fresh chicken goes perfectly with alcohol, with its concentrated savory taste, and exquisite resilient juicy texture. Enjoy smoky-flavored [Charcoal-Grilled Kirishima Chicken] that is quickly grilled with charcoal, and [Chicken Suki Nabe (hot pot)] with an exquisite soup with a rich flavor of chicken which can be enjoyed until the end, as well as various a-la-carte dishes including kuwayaki (grilled on an iron plate) and cured chicken ham. Other than chicken, also enjoy Miyazaki's specialties such as [Miyazaki Beef] and [Fukuchan Pork], and a wide variety of sake including Miyazaki's shochu (Japanese liquor) that goes well with Kirishima Chicken.
