Located a five-minute walk from Shin-Sakae station on the Higashiyama line of the Nagoya city subway, 24-hour Japanese BBQ Yakiniku Sawagi is very close to the CBC TV station headquarters. You can enjoy a variety of quality meat, such as fresh offal and domestic beef, brought in daily and priced reasonably. In addition to the meat, we also offer quality service, with touches such as smokeless grills. Even so, we strive to be [the restaurant loved by locals] by keeping our prices extremely competitive. Our BBQ sauces bring out the umami (pleasant savory taste) of the meat, and are all made in house. Our dipping sauces range from one crafted specially for lean meat, to a miso sauce made with red miso from Nagoya. As we are very picky about our meat, cuts that we stock little of, such as our pork stomach [guts], are quick to sell out. It’s first come, first served, so be sure to check with the staff.

The prestigious Tokyo Marunouchi branch was opened in Nagoya.We offer delicious soba that is freshly ground, freshly kneaded and freshly boiled.We have fresh buckwheat from domestic contracted farms in Fukui and Ibaraki deliver buckwheat in its most desirable condition of that season.We put effort to see that the buckwheat is ground every morning with a stone grinder to preserve the fragrance and have our soba artisans knead the soba in nihachi-soba(twenty percent wheat flour and eighty percent buckwheat flour) while observing the soba condition of the day.The soba broth is the same flavor as the Tokyo Marunouchi branch, a refreshing taste that isn't too strong or sweet to bring out the true fragrance of soba noodles.With soba and complimentary dishes while sipping sake, a chic soba store drinking style can be enjoyed to its fullest.

[Hot plate grill] and [Okonomiyaki] (savory pancake with various ingredients) are served making a good use of the original material. [Kobe Rokkodo, Gyunta] is loved in the home town of Hyogo.The first restaurant in the Tokai area opens in Dai Nagoya building. The restaurant has become popular among young people thanks to a combination of selected barbeque offal and fresh vegetables, and mariage of hormone yaki (hot plate grill) and local rice wine from various places in Japan. One of the attractions is the live cooking in front of the customers.The live feeling of heat, sound and smells. For lunch time, a set menu of okonomiyaki (savory pancake with various ingredients) with barley rice and soup is very popular due to its high cost- performance. The soup of the set menu is a [beef, chicken with herbal soup] containing a lot of collagen. It is made from ox tail, chicken bone, Korean carrot and herbs cooked for hours. It is booming now.
