The restaurant offers A5 rank Omi beef, one of Japan's three premium beef. Its meat is characterized by a fine texture and sweet fat that melts in the mouth. In addition, the temperature at which the fat melts is low, and it is less likely to cause stomach upset. The restaurant also uses fresh vegetables and rice directly from the production area. It is equipped with a wine cellar, and the drink menu includes vinegar and chu-hi (shochu highball) made with additive-free syrups. All seats are completely private rooms with a special smokeless roaster. The roaster is resistant to odors on hair and clothes, allowing the restaurant to be used for various occasions!
