This tender cut of beef allows you to savor the true taste that meat has to offer. It is brought to your table raw, allowing you to cook it to your liking on top of a hot cast-iron plate. Enjoy your steak together with the restaurant's original ponzu (citrus sauce). This restaurant sources ingredients from regions neighboring Sanda city, such as koshihikari rice from farms in Tamba Sasayama and onions from Awaji Island. All cuts of beef used are from Kuroge (Japanese Black) beef. Since the meat is served raw, ensuring freshness is a top priority. Food is prepared, presented, and served to satisfy each and every customer. The chef's motto is to provide a good time with food that makes you smile. You would be hard pressed to find another steakhouse with an "Arima Noh Theater." Enjoy your meal as you watch traditional Japanese culture up close. This [old-established kushikatsu (fried skewer) restaurant] seeks for new tastes loved by many people, while keeping the tradition since it was established.

Our restaurant has a historical look, and the red shop curtain is our symbol. As this renowned restaurant is famous, many people are reminded of us when talking about kushikatsu (deep-fried meat and vegetables on a skewer). Enjoy impressive skewers with a deep taste, with our perfect batter which is called [Neriya], elaborated ingredients, and a sauce made with a secret recipe. Yakiniku Minaho Shinkingyuittogai

Sapporo, Hokkaido

They are the restaurant who uses plenty of delicious ingredients of southern Hokkaido, such as Shinkin beef, and spread the word of its attraction.

Their name [Minaho] comes from a shortened form of Minami Hokkaido (Southern Hokkaido). This is a restaurant opened by the South Hokkaido local products logistic association, [Minaho no mori], in Sapporo. Their specialty is yakiniku BBQ of the new branded beef [Shinkin beef] which they purchase from Okamaya Naito farm of Kikonai-cho of southern Hokkaido. As they purchase Shinkin beef as a whole cow, which is so tasty that one would never get tired of it, they can serve with reasonable prices and also serve hard-to-get cuts. You never have to worry about the smell of smoke as they are equipped with the latest smokeless roasters. One of the attraction is that even with a la carte dishes they use plenty of southern Hokkaido products  such as vegetables, rice, smoked salmon and seasoned cod roe. You can enjoy a relaxed dining time in this stylish and sophisticated restaurant.

[Yamamoto], near to Ishigaki Port, has made many guests smile with delicious yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) cuisine since we were established. Our owner Yamamoto, who fell in love with Ishigaki Beef, is delighted to reasonably offer its savory meat on its home island. Do not miss its high-grade & normal-grade ribeye & kalbi (ribs), as well as our original menu [Yaki Shabu] developed by our owner. You will never get tired of its refreshing sweet fat and red meat with the rich, savory taste. Also, enjoy various side dishes such as [Nikotan (simmered beef tongue)] and [Aka Musubi (rice ball with special miso paste)]. In a calm and relaxing space, taste the charms of Date-dori Chicken with yakitori (chicken skewers) grilled by a skillful chef. 

Mr. Inomata is said to have spread [YAKITORI (chicken skewer) to the world. This restaurant is one of the branches of [Toriyoshi] run by him mainly in Naka-meguro. They serve high grade yakitori over a counter made from a single piece wood. Their yakitori uses [Date-dori Chicken] from Fukushima prefecture. The  skillful chefs, including Manager Kikuchi, have mastered grilling techniques. This restaurant stocks the whole chicken to offer very fresh cuts, including rare ones. At the counter seats, it is their rule to hand just-grilled skewers over the counter to the guests. Enjoy their yakitori's exquisite savory taste with a fluffy texture spreading in your mouth. Other than the counter seats, table seats are also available for four people, where you can relax and enjoy meals. It is their own rule not to accept reservations, so that people can casually enjoy their taste anytime.

Our hide-away like restaurant is along Saigawa River, a little far from the downtown in Katamachi, Kanazawa city. Though teppanyaki (grilled on iron griddle) restaurants are  considered high-budget in general, you can casually enjoy our authentic teppanyaki dishes at reasonable prices. In spite of reasonable prices, we use high-grade ingredients in a gorgeous way, such as our perfectly-grilled A5 rank Hida Beef Steak and Chinese menu grilled on an iron griddle in a dynamic way. Our counter seats are ideal for a date or entertaining clients, where you can enjoy our chef's elegant live performance. A-la-carte dishes are also available after 9:00 pm, so please casually visit us on the way home from work, etc. We also offer various alcohol including approximately 20 kinds of wine tasted and selected by our owner.

Toriyoshi Naka-Meguro

This renowned yakitori (chicken skewer) restaurant was established in 1994 by Mr. Yoshito Inomata, who is said to have spread [YAKITORI] in Paris. Their beautiful and imposing counter, made from a single piece wood, warmly welcomes the guests. They serve [Date-dori Chicken] from Fukushima prefecture, which has a firm yet tender texture and well-balanced taste. They stock the whole chicken to offer very fresh cuts including rare ones. The style of [Toriyoshi] is that they prepare everything with their hands, from cutting to skewering the chicken. Enjoy higher grade of yakitori, which is carefully and slowly prepared one by one, together with your favorite sake (Japanese alcohol). It is also their style that they hand just-grilled skewers over for those at the counter seats, which is well-received by the guests. People are always making a line to taste the skewers created by their skillful chef.
