1. Villa Kamenoi
“Villa Kamenoi” is one of the 3 major inns of Yufuin. It is a high-class long-established inn with premises of about 30,000 square meters. There are 6 Western-style rooms in the main building, and 15 Japanese-style rooms in annex. In the hot spring, there are family baths and a large public bath of Natural Kakenagashi (constant flow) style. At the cafe “Tenjo Sajiki” which can also be used by people who don’t stay at this inn, you can relax stylishly in a quiet space surrounded by nature. The meals at “Yunotakean” is very delicious, which has a reputation that it is made carefully making use of the ingredients.

“Tamano-yu” is another one of the 3 majoy inns of Yufuin. There are several annexes in a bush of about 10,000 square meters. So you can feel changing beautiful seasons of Yufuin in a relaxing space. The meals are carefully made with a thought of local production of local consumption, so they are very delicious and fresh. It is also attractive that you can have meals and tea even if you don’t stay. “Nicol’s bar” is recommended at night. You can enjoy time leisurely time of your own.

3. Sanso Muryoto
“Sanso Muryoto” is the last one of the 3 major inns of Yufuin. Located at the foot of Mt. Yufu mountain away from the hustle and bustle. There are several “annexes” of old-house style in the premises of about 1,300 square meters. Those annexes were relocated from all over Japan mainly in the Tohoku region. Every annex has spring water, and the village creative cuisine making use of seasonal ingredients of the local area is very delicious. In addition, “Tans Bar” is also popular, allowing you to enjoy drinking alcohol in a stylish space.

4. Yamano Hotel Musouen
This inn’s “Kukai-no Yu” is an open-air bath for only women, and it has a size of about 275 square meters. It is a symbol of this inn, and you can see a magnificent Mt. Yufu from the front. In addition, the guest rooms are spacious, and there are a main building and annexes in the premises of about 16,500 square meters. All the dishes are made by arranging seasonal ingredients. You can eat them in guest room of the annex.

5. Souan Cosmos
This inn has 13 guest rooms, and its attractions are reserved open-air bath and creative kaiseki cuisine. The attentive hospitality of the small inn has good reputation, so many people visit it for eating lunch. 6. Yufuin Hanayoshi

7. Morino-yu Yufuin Yasuha
“Yufuin Yasuha” has 19 rooms in the main building and annex on a vertically long premises. You can enjoy “Bijin-yu (beautiful water)” featuring blue hot water. This has a warm hospitality of the owner who exchanges the hot water every day, taking care of its cleanness and freshness. During dinner, you can see a variety of elegant and delicious dishes including the Bungo beef grilled on a stone.

8. Shoya-no Yakata
“Shoya-no Yakata” is an inn allowing you to feel the history, including the main building relocated the guesthouse of the clan of 1894.
