1. Kaiten Sakanaya Sushi Uochu Noritakehondoori Branch


This restaurant was made with the concept of being a fish shop’s sushi restaurant, so they offer fresh seafood at cheap prices. Every morning they go to Chuo Wholesale Market to compete in the auction for the freshest fish in order to serve delicious sushi. They’re known for their generous serving sizes.

2. Sakanaya no Sushi Uojou Meito Branch


This genuine conveyor belt sushi restaurant is directly managed by a well-established fish market that’s been in business since 1907.  You can eat fresh sushi prepared with plenty of attention to detail, like the limited-quantity Mikawa 5 piece nigirizushi (reg gurnard, flathead fish, black porgy, a type of mollusc called taira, and Japanese squid) or the flounder seasoned with sea salt from Okinawa’s Miyako Island.

3. Kaiten Kappou Sushi Gozen Sakaimatsu Branch


Sushi Gozen has many fans thanks to their freshness and large portions. Their sushi is made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients, and they also have plenty of creative dishes made with care. They offer high-class ingredients for reasonable prices, so it’s a conveyor belt sushi restaurant that’s popular for both taste and price.

4. Sushi Ichiba Shou Ozone Branch



Sushi Ichiba Shou offers fresh, carefully selected sushi starting at 130 yen per plate and their menu has about 60 different options on them. It’s a conveyor belt sushi restaurant that opens in the morning, but it’s so popular it’s usually crowded in the afternoon and evening too. Their delicious lunches, such as their kaisen-don (seafood rice bowl), are popular.

5. Ikigyotei Nagoya Tempaku Branch

Ikigyotei is a conveyor belt restaurant with branches in Toyama, Kanazawa, and Nagoya that have genuine live tanks in them so you can partake in delicious sushi using the freshest ingredients. They offer superb meals thanks to their particularity about all their ingredients, including their natural salt, vinegar, and rice. The atmosphere is that of a high-class sushi restaurant.

6. Sushi Honke Kanayama Branch 


Sushi Honke is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant managed by the Kani Honke Group famous for selling crab by mail. They have a wide variety of sushi made with crab, including red king crab and snow crab. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy not just crab sushi but also delicious fresh fish. They have superb brown meat sushi as well.
