1. Kokusan Saba Misoni (Seven & I)

Kokusan Saba Misoni is a canned good available at 7-Eleven that uses domestically bred fatty mackerel that is soaked in a mild, sweet miso sauce with a hint of ginger. The mackerel has a rich taste, so it can be eaten as a side dish for rice, and is perfect as snack. There are many dishes that use this canned good as an ingredient that you can try. You can cook it together with canned tomatoes, cabbage, onions and mushrooms to create a delicious pot of tomato stew.
