With fresh fish arriving from Tsukiji Fish Market every morning, when placed on top of carefully selected rice and seaweed these refined flavors are sure to put a smile on your face.

* ume-nigiri (plum tier): one of the names used when goods are classified according to a three tier system. The first tier is matsu (pine), next is take (bamboo), and the third is ume (plum). So here, ume-nigiri refers to the third plum tier of sushi.
