Our restaurant was founded in Takatsuji, Kyoto. As our motto for gyoza (dumpling) is local production for local consumption, we use local ingredients for the filling such as [cabbage] from Nakajima Farm in Fushimi that won the Kyoto Mayor Prize, beautifully marbled [Kyono-miyako Mochi-buta Pork], and [Kujo Scallion], a traditional vegetable in Kyoto. We do not use Chinese seasonings as with ordinary gyoza, but use a bonito stock and [Yamari]'s miso paste with a mild taste that is popular among traditional Japanese restaurants in Kyoto, to make [Kyoto style] gyoza bringing out the original tastes of the ingredients. This [Wa-Gyoza (Japanese style dumpling)] is popular as it is without the strong smell of garlic, but with a sophisticated aroma and taste. Enjoy it with a soy-sauce based dipping sauce made with 7 blended chili spices and black sesame, and [Chidori Vinegar] from [Murayama Zousu], a local company in Kyoto.

JOYS TABLE Dining & Cafe" offers a wide variety of ingredients that have supported Kyoto's culinary culture in Western-style cuisine with a Japanese flavor. You will find Kyoto beef and Kyoto vegetables. The signature item on the menu is a homemade hamburger steak. The most popular "Kyoto Special Kujo Negi-vese Hamburger Steak" is known for its new taste of a special Genovese sauce made with plenty of Kujo leeks. The set meals include a soup made from Kyoto vegetables, a salad, and rice grown in Tamba, Kyoto. The chef's delicate view of the world in his dishes will make you smile. [Kyo no Yakinikudokoro Hiro] which has several branches in Kyoto is now challenging a new business style at Kyoto Tower, serving mainly BBQ skewers with the concept of [more casually] and [more easily]. We stock high-grade Japanese black beef from a meat market in Kyoto, and carefully select cuts for BBQ skewers. If you visit us for the first time, we recommend [Chef's Choice of Five Assorted Skewers ] with 5 tasty skewers at a reasonable price. Various side dishes are also served including [Stewed Japanese Beef with Miso Paste] where high-grade beef is slowly stewed until it becomes very tender, and [Japanese Beef Yukhoe] that has become rare now. As the food court floor has a wide sophisticated space for adults, it is ideal for various occasions such as a date or everyday use.

Matsusyo offers kaiseki cuisine (multiple-course meal) that brings out the best of the ingredients. It is conveniently located in Kameoka City, which is only a 15-minute train ride from Kyoto City, but still retains the original landscape of Japan. Its dishes are prepared with organic vegetables and other local ingredients, all of which reflect the four seasons in Japan. The taste of "Dashimaki Tamago (Japanese omelet)" has not changed since its establishment in 1936, and you will be amazed at the professional taste of the freshly cooked egg using carefully prepared dashi stock. The restaurant has a relaxing and calm atmosphere with table seating and others where you can enjoy your meal with a Japanese garden view. [Seikaen], with more than 30 years of history, opened its branch in Kyoto Tower. At the food court, you can casually enjoy the taste of the old-established restaurant that has been maintained for a long time in Kyoto. You can also enjoy popular dishes from our main branch, such as [Tianjin-style Crab Omelet Rice] with an exquisite combination of fluffy egg and soy-sauce based starchy sauce, and [Kyo Okoge] with which starchy sauce is added on scorched rice in front of you. Our original dish [Kawa Pon] with a fresh and juicy texture of chicken skin can be tasted only at Kyoto Tower branch. The sophisticated food court floor is ideal for various occasions with or without alcohol; after shopping, on the way home from work, or a date.

It is 6 minutes walk from Yasaka shrine and Kenninji temple. [Kyoto Gion Kawamuraryorihei] serves authentic Kaiseki (traditional Japanese course cuisine) in a renovated old Kyoto style townhouse. This is a place where you can savor delicious dishes, which make the most of in-season ingredients, in an elegant atmosphere at a reasonable price. Course menu changes monthly to take advantage of the tastiest seasonal ingredients. They also have a wide range of sake, shochu and wines to go well with the dishes. They are equipped with a counter table for comfortable dining for solo customers, as well as very relaxing completely private rooms. Their completely private rooms have different styles such as zashiki (Japanese style tatami room), table, or sofas. The sophisticated Gion atmosphere makes this restaurant a great place for formal occasions such as sophisticated dating, business meetings, and pre-wedding get-togethers, and they also have versatility for daily use.

[Shakariki], a popular restaurant in Kyoto serving ramen and dipping noodles since 2004, finally opened a new branch in Kyoto Tower. Now you can casually enjoy our unchangeable high quality dishes at the food hall. Of course we serve regular dishes such as [Ramen with Small Dried Sardine and Soy Sauce] which is popular especially among repeaters, and [Tsuke Soba (dipping buckwheat noodles)] we started serving in Kyoto. For the original broth, we use dried Spanish mackerel from Wakasa Bay in Kyoto, that creates a sophisticated taste when boiled with other domestic ingredients for a long time. Enjoy side dishes such as [Roasted Pork Fillet] and [Salty-Simmered Bamboo Shoots] with alcohol available at a reasonable price.

Our restaurant has a good reputation as you can fully enjoy a luxurious steak using beef matured for long periods. As we are located near to Kyoto Station, the entrance of the ancient capital Kyoto, we receive many guests from inside and outside Japan every day. We serve them with lots of mottoes, such as filling our showcase with various high-quality matured beef, and cooking meat directly in front of the guests. Also, you will surely be satisfied with our wines carefully-selected considering the combination with the meat so that you can enjoy our high-quality meat more. It is ultimately luxurious to be able to enjoy the authentic western cuisine in Kyoto with an elegant atmosphere. Fully enjoy high-quality matured beef and sophisticated wines.  

We serve a wide variety of alcohols from rare sake (Japanese alcohol) to popular brands. Exquisite local sake from all over Kyoto and Kyoto craft beer comes highly recommended. You can also enjoy Amazake (a sweet Japanese drink made from fermented rice), a recent hot topic served as our original cocktail. If you are a sake lover, [Sake and Beer Tasting Set] is also recommended. It is OK to bring your own food purchased from other shops in Kyoto Tower to enjoy with our alcohols. We irregularly hold events with sake breweries to introduce the charms of Kyoto through these events and our drinks.
