In addition to that, our dishes are select in number, but feature seasonal ingredients from local farms. we purchase seafood from chef's home town Goshoura in Amakusa so we use fresh seafood into our dishes. The name of the restaurant means "The Uchida Kitchen" and we hope that your experiences with the cuisine, ingredients, atmosphere, and people here brighten your life and lead you to greener pastures. Our motto is [from Kumamoto to the world!]. At our beer hall, you can fully enjoy our self-manufactured craft beer made with local ingredients from Kumamoto. In addition to 3 different original draft beers from the keg, we also serve as many as 25 kinds of craft beer carefully-selected from inside and outside Japan. Our cuisine includes popular gorgeous meat dishes such as [Teppanyaki (grilled on an iron griddle) Fillet of Domestic Beef] using local beef from Kumamoto. We use only high-grade ingredients such as Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese matured for 18 months. Our wide and stylish space, reminiscent of NY, can accommodate up to 50 people, ideal for a party or banquet. Casually visit us alone also, as we have a counter and standing seats as well.

Not only does our shop offer meals, we also have a full cafe menu. In particular, we work every day to be able to make cappuccinos with latte art to bring moments of joy to our customers. We used a process of trial and error over and over again to draw out the goodness of tomatos and a satisfying body for the "tomato sauce" we use at our shop. And thanks to that, it has turned into the sauce we are most proud of. In general, we aim to use pork, vegetables, etc. that are grown domestically. If needed in dishes to satisfy customers, we look to international ingredients and use those that satisfy us. Particularly to our young staff, we ask them to show the omotenashi (Japanese hospitality) that they have experienced and found pleasant at other shops. In addition, we teach them to actively absorb service provided by other staff members that they find to be good.
