Tenkaaji is a long-established and popular restaurant in Kochi founded in 1966, where you can enjoy "Tosa Akaushi," called "extremely rare wagyu beef." The meat is hand-cut and served to preserve the delicious taste of the rare beef raised only in the mountainous areas of Kochi. The flavor of the meat is enhanced by the secret sauce, which is never released outside the restaurant and is only completed after aging for more than three months. The "Tosa Akaushi Beef Sukiju Set Meal" is one of the restaurant's most popular menu items, offering a generous portion of beef and small side dishes. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to relax and unwind. With tatami and private rooms available, it is suitable for many occasions, such as family dinners, dates, and banquets.

Maruhai offers courses of excellent dishes featuring local seasonal fish. The owner is a skilled chef who has a keen eye for fish. Reservations are recommended for this izakaya (Japanese pub), which makes the most of its ingredients and serves delicious food that goes well with sake. As the name "Maruhai (means sake cup)" implies, it is particular about the sake that enhances the food and has the largest selection of sake in the prefecture. Famous sake "Keigetsu" from the Tosa-Reihoku region is shipped directly from the brewery. Various banquet courses are available, including the most popular course for business entertainment and dinner (from 5,500 JPY), a casual course (from 3,800 JPY), a course suitable for special entertainment and dinner (from 7,500 JPY), and a luxurious course (from 10,000 JPY) that includes grilled eel, Tosa Akaushi beef and Ise lobster.
