Enjoy a high-class atmosphere, looking out at the gorgeous view below while dining on extravagant French cuisine Located on the 8th floor of Tatsumiya Hotel, just two minutes from Fukushima Station, Restaurant & Bar Rosage offers a chance to enjoy authentic French cuisine. Remodeled in September 2013, the restaurant was rejuvenated with upscale sensibility, with sleek glass displays backed by a foggy gray tone. Outside the windows lies a picturesque view of the Azuma Mountains, and the beautiful view of the lights at night provides a truly relaxing setting for enjoying a meal. Rosage's original Croque Monsieur French Toast is an exquisite dish combining moist French toast and gouda cheese, creating a mildly savory taste. Relax and indulge in thoughtfully prepared dishes from an executive chef with a wealth of experience gained at esteemed French restaurants. Highly recommended for dates and special occasions
Only 3 minutes on foot from Iwaki Station, our 9-variety offal sampler is delicious and great to share with the family!
We combined 9 types of fresh offal that even those that are not fans of giblets can eat. Our staff will teach you the best level of doneness for each variety. We hope you enjoy the deliciousness of Japanese beef giblets. We are particular about ingredient selection, but we especially recommend the beef offal (small and large intestine). Savor the way it melts in your mouth and the chewiness of the fat. It is our standard to put our hearts into each and every thing we do. Unlike a regular izakaya (pub), we value everything from the food to the interactions and conversations with our guests, and we strive to provide an enjoyable meal. We created ample space within the restaurant so that families with small children can also enjoy their meals. We would like everyone, the young and the old to gather around the shichirin (earthen charcoal brazier) or hot pot and enjoy a vibrant meal.
Enjoy our delicious selection of Japanese sake with your food
Both me and my wife became certified master sake tasters three years ago. we both have different preferences in sake, so we examine one another's choices to put together the best sake selection possible. we also test various methods of drinking sake without a care for conventional styles. Our chef has made all kinds of business connections through his many visits to sake breweries, and we get fresh seafood delivered to us directly from Hachinohe harbor. We serve fresh fish that are rarely found in the area, like greenling, herring, and jacopever. My father still does most of the cooking and serving, but when it comes to Japanese sake, my wife and I run the show. We will not only teach you which one will taste best for you, but also how best to enjoy it. We offer not only delicious seafood and kamameshi (meat and vegetables served in a pot), but also fine, exciting new types of sake for you to enjoy. Whether you are relatively new to sake or a sake lover, feel free to drop by and try us out.

Enjoy original pasta dishes within our bright, peaceful interior
Are you hungry? Pasta REGALO serves you promptly so you don't have to wait. As soon as you sit down, they bring you a free salad. Our most popular original dish, Peperoncino and Egg pasta, has a rich flavor from plenty of seafood, and the soup is subtly seasoned with white Japanese soup stock, so you'll want to eat every last drop of it. The texture of fluffy eggs intertwined with pasta is also irresistible. Our unique fresh pasta is made with durum semolina flour from Italy and cut to a relatively thin 1.2 mm. The thin pasta mixes perfectly with the sauce and is popular with female customers. The six sauces are also made from scratch in our restaurant. And of course, you'll be able to tell that the pasta and pizza are cooked fresh each time. When you enter our restaurant, the staff will give you a cheerful welcome. We make sure to create a peaceful atmosphere that matches the bright space inside the restaurant.

Our Boiled Orange Roughy represents our dedication to fresh ingredients
We are an authentic seafood izakaya (Japanese bar) where you can enjoy all the foods and drinks. All fish brought into our kitchen is carefully selected by our chef who picks out each in-season fish himself. The sashimi platter (raw fish slices) lets you enjoy the individual tastes of each fish, and is a must-have. Our signature fresh and fatty orange roughy is boiled to perfection in a salty-sweet sauce, which goes perfectly with our selection of Japanese sake. We also serve Omakase Nigiri (chef's choice sushi), which you can eat together with salt or our homemade soy sauce. When it comes to hospitality, we do everything in our power to ensure that each and every customer leaves with a smile on their face. We serve delicious food to turn customers into regulars, and work hard every day to reach our goal of becoming the best restaurant in Iwaki. The best of times await you when you come here to dine with us, where everything is made out of wood to give off a sense of warmth. We also offer take-out.

We never compromise on freshness and taste! Try Furikotei's "Sushi Combination Platter"
Since the chef who serves sushi at Furikotei was trained at a sushi restaurant, you can be sure there will be no mistake with the taste or the freshness. Nonetheless, we are an izakaya, so do not miss out on our large portions at this price! Of course we serve seasonal fresh fish, and as a result of our chef's training, the food is delicious and well presented. The freshness will charm you. Our chef keeps a watchful eye over all the inventory. He will never compromise on serving fresh and delicious food. Our interior is simple and relaxing - the faint sound of a pendulum clock ticking away the time gives it elegance and a little nostalgia, yet with a sense of style.
Our delicious gyoza in our signature wrappers will put a smile on your face
We have been working hard making gyoza up until now, from the ingredients of the gyoza wrappers and the recipe, to the frying method and even the sauce used. We are very passionate about our prized dish. If the gyoza wrapper is poorly made, no matter how good the red bean jam (anko) inside is, then the whole dish is ruined. The dough is made with just water and flour with no additives. We wrap and fry these gyoza in our signature wrappers after we take the order. Even though making gyoza is an easy process, since we always want to see the smiling faces of our customers, we try our best every day to make delicious gyoza.
Watch our chefs in action as they freshly fry your crispy and deliciously sweet tempura in our 360-degree open kitchen.
We make seasonal ingredients into deep-fried and lightly battered tempura right in front of our guests. Then we serve it to them at the best time for that ingredient to enjoy it piping hot and crispy. Generally speaking, we're particular about using in-season ingredients. Our chefs offer the best ripe vegetables and fruits of the season prepared in a variety of ways. You'll be completely satisfied with how much you enjoy our deliciously sweet and fruity tempura made using root crops. Our kitchen is a 360-degree open kitchen, so you'll receive your freshly-baked pizza and freshly-fried tempura, as well as your freshly-roasted Chinese and other dishes, freshly made directly from our chefs. The eleven screens in front of our guest's seating display live camera feeds of our chefs cooking in our open kitchen. When you're here with your friends and family, it's sure to become a topic of conversation.

Nigiri sushi, freshly prepared for you at the counter.
The restaurant's owner is qualified to stand directly within the auction hall of the market. He is the first person from a Fukushima restaurant to be allowed such a privilege. Our painstaking attention to the fresh and natural ingredients is what allows us to maintain the great taste here at Tatsumi. Indian tuna is not usually available in Fukushima. We have this fish directly delivered so as to be able to offer its deep flavor to our customers. Often, sitting side by side at the counter is more relaxing than facing people across a table. While enjoying the freshly prepared sushi at the counter, you can spend the time conversing with the chef. People often think that sushi restaurants are terribly formal and expensive. We therefore clearly display our prices so that people are not worried about that and can simply enjoy their sushi.
Delicious eye-catching food and a great place to bring the kids, with our well-stocked Kids' Space.
Japanese Black wagyu (Japanese beef): finely marbled, impossibly smooth, almost unbearable quality. Give it a quick grill on the grate to lock in the umami (savory) flavor, and once you dip it in our secret sauce, it becomes the perfect complement to beer or white rice. Limiting our use of chemical seasonings, our sauce-the pride of our head chef, unchanged since our opening-is truly the flavor of Yakiniku Ryuen, brought to life through the umami (savory flavor) of soy sauce, fruits, and vegetables. One aspect of our head chef Mr. Anzai's endeavor to provide excellent service is his attention to beautiful displays. By studying the art of vivid arrangements, our motto is to present dishes you can enjoy with your eyes as well. When your kids get tired of eating, let them play in our Kids' Space. Stocked full of cartoon DVDs and toys, the whole family is sure to be able to relax and have a great time.

Allow us to introduce WHYNOT, the wine saver that prevents oxidization. Using nitrogen gas, you can completely prevent the wine from coming into contact with oxygen from the time you pull the cork until you pour it into your glass . For example, the serving temperatures for a white wine that has an emphasis on acidity, and a white wine that emphasizes its smoothness, are different. WHYNOT adjusts to a temperature suitable to the type of wine that the customer prefers. The impression of the wine changes with the shape of the glass. Things like the relative merits of aroma, or where the wine hits your tongue, change depending on such things as the shape and size of the glass, the diameter and thickness of the edge, whether the edge has been cut or polished, or whether the glass has been rounded or reinforced. Hospitality means considering everything-and we provide it.
Feel special as our chef cooks to please each single customer
Our chef's forte is his rich, meaty stews. Of all of them, this is the one he loves to cook the most. His "Spare Rib Stew" is a dish we are proud to serve. Our locally grown ingredients provide you with a sense of safety and peace of mind. We use local, domestic meats like Fukushima Beef and Utsukushima Pork. We use fresh local, seasonal potatoes in our German Potatoes, too. Our chef tells us that he receives every guest like it is a once in a lifetime encounter. He is usually in the kitchen so he does not have the time to serve himself, but he is very flexible about the flavors he uses and the items in his course meals - he wants to be the kind of chef who can cook precisely according to the wishes of his diners. As a well-loved local beer hall with a nearly thirty year history, you might assume we are a formal and stuffy establishment, but we want you to feel free to drop in for dates or casual dining just to experience some new flavors.
Forget about your troubles and enjoy our dishes made from the freshest seasonal ingredients
We make sure our ingredients are inspected for freshness, then we preserve that freshness right until we serve it to you with skillful, pleasing presentation. Our swift arrangement ensures your meal is at its freshest. Our stocks are prepared with painstaking sensitivity to seasonal flavors. We have a rich variety of produce, from edible wild plants to cultivated vegetables, and we match our preparation to best flavor each one. We never neglect the tastes of the season, as we think using seasonal ingredients in our cuisine is important. We aim for a creative preparation too, so you'll never get tired of what we have to offer, even if you drop by every day. Our chef Sato also researches the countless ingredients we have on hand to increase our culinary repertoire. Sampo aims to be a restaurant where friends and co-workers can drop by for good food, good drinks and a good time, whenever they feel like it. A place where, no matter what happens, you can come here to forget about the day's woes.
The signature melt-in-youｒ-mouth Hitachi Gyu Yakishabu, using thinly sliced quality meat, will surely delight your palate.
The meat is cut 2-3mm thick, so it can be enjoyed after a very quick turn over the fire. Yakishabu is the ideal preparation for experiencing the delicate flavor of the meat itself. Start out by giving it a light dip in sauce. We procure fine quality sirloin cuts of Hitachi Gyu beef with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The horse liver, a more palatable alternative to beef liver, is another very popular item as well as Mego garlic, which gets its mild odor thanks to a hydroponic growing technique. We provide first-time guests with hands-on instructions to initiate them in how to grill their meat to ensure it will be tasted in its ideal form. We also plan to offer a new menu every month. The roasters in the establishment produce very little smoke and odors, so ladies can enjoy yakiniku without worrying about their clothes picking up unwanted odors. The meat does not get burned easily, so excess fat can be cooked down for a healthier bite. It is a great place to visit for a date or girls' party.
