Enjoy the daily changing menu at Secrets By Seashore. It is healthy and well-balanced. The dishes are made with carefully selected ingredients, with a choice of meat or fish and lots of vegetables. We use Koshihikari from Sawara (made by Mr. Kotaro Shiina) and rice from the pioneer of serial rice, Ishikawa Shouten. Enjoy the great taste of superior ingredients. The preserved foods are homemade and we proudly serve flavorful and healthy Bach Coffee. We are committed to providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. For our guests from abroad, we have English and Spanish speakers on staff. Please let us know if you have any requests. Located on the first floor of Plena Makuhari, a gourmet and shopping complex just one minute from Kaihin-Makuhari Station. It is a seafood izakaya specializing in dishes made with fresh, seasonal fish directly from Toyosu. The menu offers sashimi with the freshest ingredients, grilled and deep-fried dishes that bring out the best of each ingredient, and a la carte dishes featuring meat and vegetables. It can be recommended for people of all ages. There are also many seasonal menus and seasonal recommendations. 20 to 30 varieties of sake are selected from all over Japan, and various other alcoholic beverages are prepared. In addition to regular drinking parties, the restaurant can accommodate banquets of up to 60 people in its tatami rooms. Courses that include all-you-can-drink for 2 hours with popular menu items are also available, making it a reliable choice for all parties.

On our Special Selection Platter, we have combined five meats we want everyone who comes to Tanaka Shoten to try. This is our most popular item among guests, and the five meats are all exquisite. Even rare meats are offered at a surprisingly reasonable price. We know that the seasons affect the quality of vegetables, so we use hydroponic vegetables, like Korean lettuce, to guarantee freshness year round. We want you to have an enjoyable, comfortable meal where we take care of everything so you can go home happily. Our goal is to create a yakiniku restaurant that makes people cheerful and happy. Beyond the Noren curtain lies a quality space enveloped in the warmth of wood. The counter and tables are made of single wooden boards, and jazz music quietly plays in the background, creating a mature atmosphere.    The chef is a skillful and experienced one who has honed his skills in various places in Tokyo. He purchases the freshest local fish from Boso early in the morning, carefully prepares it, and makes the sushi. He uses different types of rice, with red vinegar and white vinegar, depending on the ingredients, in pursuit of the best taste of the ingredients. With fresh, in-season vegetables delivered directly to us from Takahashi's farm (Yasaemon) in Yachiyo City and meat sourced from France and Italy, we are extremely particular about our ingredients. Whilst placing a lot of emphasis on the taste of Japanese ingredients, we carefully combine them with meat from Europe. The sauce, which we fastidiously prepare, brings out the flavour of the ingredients. We recommend enjoying the dish with wine.
