Kakigori is thinly shaved ice topped with flavored syrup. It is a traditional summer food in Japan, and is often seen at places like summer festivals.

Custard cream, sponge cake, and vanilla ice cream are generously topped with 6 types of fruit (mango, pineapple, kiwifruit, banana, blueberry, and raspberry) in this deliciously luxurious dessert. Kakigori of frozen strawberry sauce is placed on top of all this, which is then finished with some fresh cream and condensed milk. It really is something special!
