How to Collect Your Tickets

You can pick up your tickets at any Lawson or Ministop convenience store using the in-store "Loppi" terminals.

1. On the Loppi terminal's home screen, touch the "Lawson Ticket" button in the bottom left corner.

2. Select "Pick up/pay for reserved tickets" (予約済(当選)チケットの引取り).

3. Enter your 10-digit reservation number in the upper field, and the phone number you used during booking in the lower field.

4. Input your name and phone number when prompted.

5. Take the printed reservation slip to the cashier within 30 minutes to receive your tickets.
