Osaka is famous as “a town of kuidaore”.

“Kuidaore” means “one who ruins themselves by spending too much money on food and drink.”

This tells you how delicious the food is. What’s more, they’re all cheap! The one you especially cannot miss when you come to Osaka is…takoyaki!

What’s takoyaki?

Takoyaki is a snack made of wheat flour, egg, and Japanese soup stock. It is cooked in a special iron plate, on which Takoyaki is rolled to be ball-shaped. It contains minced octopus.

▼Let’s go see the symbolic tower of Osaka, Tsuutenkaku.

What is Tsuutenkaku?

Also known as the “Eiffel Tower of Osaka”. It’s a viewing platform standing in the business district.

If you look around, there are only high-rise buildings here and no greenery.
Even in Osaka, there are a lot of places where you can enjoy some nature, though.
