If you go to Shin-Okubo, eat Korean food!

There’s tons of delicious Korean restaurants!
My recommendation is pork belly (samgyupsal) grilled and wrapped in vegetables!

The whole town is filled with Korean restaurants!

There’s a long line at the popular hotteok stand.

Hotteok is a springy pastry pancake filled with honey and cinnamon.
If it’s freshly made, try not to burn yourself!

The town is so popular there are even guidebooks dedicated to just Shin-Okubo.

There are this many shops in Shin-Okubo.

There are also many supermarkets where you can buy Korean ingredients.

You can also buy Korean cosmetics.

A store that handles K-pop idol goods.

When you travel in Japan, take the opportunity and also taste Korea in Shin-Okubo, the town that specializes in Korean food, cosmetics, idol goods, and other Korean culture.
I recommend Korean face masks that you can get dirt cheap as gifts for your friends back home!
