1. Tokyo Disneyland

Tokyo Disneyland is a theme park beloved by adults and children alike. One of the recommended attractions is Mickey's PhilharMagic. You can enjoy the world of Disney movies in the 3D theater. Another standard you can't miss is Big Thunder Mountain. There's also plenty of things for small children to enjoy as well, such as Pooh's Honey Hunt as well as the character parades.

2. Tokyo DisneySea

You can drink alcohol at DisneySea, so it's a little more grown-up compared to Land. The recommended attraction is one of Sea's biggest symbols, the Tower of Terror. After you ride that, to calm down it would be good to try Toy Story Mania or Saludos Amigos. Riding Center of the Earth when the fireworks are going off is perfect.

3. Universal Studios Japan

USJ is Japan's most popular amusement park. The secret to its popularity is that it's not just aimed towards children, but it's a park that adults can enjoy as well. The 4K3D Spiderman and Harry Potter attractions have been unceasingly popular since they opened. The souvenirs are also very cute.

4. FujiQ Highland

FujiQ Highland is definitely Japan's number 1 thrill park. They not only have Takabisha, a roller coaster that's earned the Guinness Book of World Records title of having the steepest drop, it also has the world-class Fujiyama as well as the roller coaster with the most spins in the world, Eejanaika. This is definitely the amusement park for people who love thrills.

5. Kijima Kogen Park

This amusement park alfway down a mountain road from Beppu is said to have an evening view worth a million bucks. It has Japan's first wooden roller coaster, Jupiter, which is very popular for the thrills you can only get from a wooden coaster. At night, it looks beautiful lit-up. Please enjoy the attractions here while breathing in the fresh air.

6. Greenland

Mitsui Greenland is known for having the most attractions in Japan as well as being Kyushu's most popular

amusement park. It's symbol is the roller coaster shaped like a dinosaur, GAO, which is popular with people of all ages. Even though it doesn't look like it, it's really thrilling. Another popular one is Nio, a roller coaster that has 2 upside-down turns and 3 screws. You'll definitely be satisfied. If you ride the twister-coaster Megaton 10 times in a row, you'll be placed on Greenland's website. You can enjoy a whole day here.

7. Rusutsu Resort

 

Rusutsu Resort is an amusement park that's only open when there's no snow. They have 8 thrilling roller coasters, so it's popular with thrill-seekers. The vast scenery of Hokkaido's nature from the roller coasters is the best. There are 60 attractions, all available with the regular ticket.

8. Nagashima Spa Land 

Nagashima Spa Land has 55 attractions, and among them 18 of them are thrill rides. It's home to the Steel Dragon 2000, the roller coaster with the world's longest track, as well as Japan's only flying coaster, Acrobat. It's full of top-class rides.
