This is a sushi restaurant that connoisseurs not just in Japan, but around the whole world, frequent. The small restaurant only has counter seats so you can devote yourself to the sushi. The menu offers an omakase course (the chef chooses what to serve) including 20 pieces for around 30,000 yen. You'll finish eating in about 30 minutes, but the sushi is perfectly made with the ingredients used to their best ability and matched to the firmly packed rice.
