1. Hinokizaka [The Ritz Carlton Tokyo] 

You can enjoy perfect Japanese beef in this restaurant that sits in a perfect location 45 stories above ground overlooking Tokyo from Roppongi. There are chefs specializing in banquets, sushi, tempura, and hibachi, so you can enjoy the very best of each genre. The view from the sushi counter is especially popular, so you'll need reservations.

2. Tenkuu Lounge TOP of TREE [Tokyo Soramachi]

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the new symbol of Tokyo, Skytree, up close. You can see Skytree from every seat, and the rest of Tokyo unfolds below it into a scenery that is sure to move you. The dinner course goes for around 5000 yen, which is a rather reasonable price for a restaurant that allows you to enjoy such a luxurious evening view.

3. Pierre Gagnaire [ANA Intercontinental Hotel Tokyo]

This restaurant is produced by the famous 3-starred chef, Pierre Gagnaire. The sight of the airplanes going to and leaving from Haneda Airport crossing over Tokyo Tower is the best part of the view. The food is beautiful and is an original French menu that uses seasonal Japanese ingredients.

4. FISH BANK TOKYO [Shiodome City Center]

This restaurant is a modern seafood restaurant that uses French recipes as a base. 6. Tokyo Vantean Cruise 

This ship is an excursion route around Tokyo Bay, during which you can enjoy a full French meal. The view from the ship is different from one on land; the view of Rainbow Bridge as you approach is is especially stunning. This restaurant is a rotating observatory. It takes 70 minutes to complete one rotation, and in that time you'll have been able to see all of Tokyo no matter which seat you sit in. The menu is a buffet and has more than 90 dishes, including sushi, tempura, Japanese food, pasta, and soup. Each genre has a chef waiting for you and they make your food to your order.
