Hailey'5 Café offers a space based on the concept "a private space for adults that appeals to the five senses". The inside is well-organized, allowing you to relax well. If you head to the left of the Don Quijote Ikebukuro East Exit Ekimae Branch just outside Ikebukuro Station's East Exit, you will see a pachinko parlor called "Prego". On the 7th floor of the same building, you will find the entrance to this internet cafe. They have two types of rooms: Business seats with PCs and magazine seats with no PCs. There are tons of manga at this place, so it is an awesome place for those who are interested in manga. The price for a room is relatively cheap, so you can casually use it.
