Hailey'5 Café offers a space based on the concept "a private space for adults that appeals to the five senses". The inside is well-organized, allowing you to relax well. Each room is smoke-free and soundproofed, with an emphasis on privacy and comfort. All the rooms have an automatic lock, so there should be no security concerns. Along with standard chair rooms and flat rooms, they have other types of rooms, such as karaoke rooms with the latest karaoke system "JoySound Max", as well as theater rooms with 40-inch TV screens. If you head to the left of the Don Quijote Ikebukuro East Exit Ekimae Branch just outside Ikebukuro Station's East Exit, you will see a pachinko parlor called "Prego". On the 7th floor of the same building, you will find the entrance to this internet cafe. They have two types of rooms: Business seats with PCs and magazine seats with no PCs. There are tons of manga at this place, so it is an awesome place for those who are interested in manga. The price for a room is relatively cheap, so you can casually use it. They have shower rooms with soap, shampoo, and hair dryers available for free. You can also buy towels and toothbrushes.

A lot of beverages such as coffee and coke are also available for free. You can rent a phone charger for free as well.
