Mt. Takao Beer Mount

A beer garden on a mountain in Tokyo? Yes, it does exist!

Tokyo is not just a concrete jungle. It actually contains some beautiful natural scenery! Mt. Takao is a popular hiking spot for both locals and tourists, and between June 15 (Friday) - October 15 (Monday) in 2018, your hike can end with a drink at a beer garden, surrounded by lush greenery and a view of Tokyo in the distance. Don't worry if you're not a fan of hiking, as there is a cable car that will bring you right to the kegs!

With a buffet offering a wide range of dishes and beautiful views, this has to be the ultimate way to enjoy the last of the summer days in Tokyo!

Reservations are not required, but it can get busy at the weekend. Also, since it's on a mountain, it can get chilly up there, so make sure to pack a jacket! There are English speaking staff on site.
