You'll see a long line of people outside the doors of this popular Tokyo ramen restaurant. The ramen here is not as thick and oily as it looks. Made using tonkotsu (pork bones), it is well-known for combining the good points of both Kyushu's tonkotsu ramen and Yokohama's iekei ramen, which is a type of ramen with a pork bone and soy sauce-based soup. The noodles are a bit tough, but they go well with the soup, and the simple ingredients make the soup taste even better.
