In a non-Muslim country like Japan, it is difficult to be 100% Halal/ Muslim compliant, so each restaurant has a different degree of commitment.

Currently, it is extremely hard to find a source that lists the information, so it is assumed that many Muslim people who visit Japan would feel anxious about what they can eat.

So here are a few restaurants that Muslims planning to visit Osaka can refer to when making an itinerary.
