“Kuya” is a famous monaka (bean-jam-filled wafers) shop in Ginza, and “Sorairo (Sky blue)” is its new brand. “Tsuki (Moon)” is a cookie sandwich with tsubuan (coarse azuki bean paste). It is really delicious and popular. Not only its appearance but also its taste is liked by people of all ages.

Tokyo Fumiu’s Edomusubi Sen uses Marudaizu soy sauce of “Kondo Brewer” which has been making additive-free soy sauce for about one century, Izu Oshima’s traditional sea salt, and handmade miso of Kojiya Saburouemon. It is perfect for your souvenir.
